I am giving this hotel a 5 stars. For many reasons. This is not a resort, nor a big name hotel. This is a boutique hotel and should be rated as such.|Our friend in Amman recommended it to us for our 5 days stay. We contacted them by email, three months prior to arrival, and made our reservations, based on the recommendation and the affordable rates. The communications were very professional and the replies were on the spot and almost immediately, although Amman is 10 hours ahead of us.|The location was great. The hotel is in the center of the city, 10 to 15 minutes drive from all the places we needed to be. There were a variety of very good restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The rooftop offered delicious appetizers and entrees, in addition to a large bar. The view of the city from the top is amazing.|The lobby was large enough not to be crowded, with two sitting areas, should you need to wait. Our room was remodeled and modern, very large and had everything you needed. The bathroom was also modern and equipped with the best. A Middle Eastern breakfast that will please all tastes is included in the rate, and is served every morning.|I left the staff to the end, because there are no compliments and words enough to say about them. All the personnel were courteous, smiling at all times, and if you need help just ask and they will go out of their way to offer the help needed. They made our stay very pleasant. Thank you Mohammad and Abdallah for making us feel at home among family.|All in all it was a five star place...
Read moreThe main thing you need from a hotel is a good night's sleep...Good luck with that at the weekend in this hotel. I was on the 4th floor, yet the music from the bar was so loud it felt like it was outside my door. Same for the 5 other people I was travelling with. It was impossible to sleep. Plus the pillows were rock hard but that does seem to be a Jordan thing generally (apart from Kempinski hotels where the pillows and duvets are divine!). The water for my shower was tepid at best|.... I assumed it was a problem with my room but turned out everyone I was with had the same problem. And breakfast was a dreadful offering. I know the hotel will say they're just a 3 ☆ and it is relatively inexpensive, BUT in any star hotel you are owed a hot shower, a decent night's sleep and, if they offer breakfast, something edible...otherwise what's the point? |The only thing I can say as a positive is the staff on the front desk are...
Read moreI like this boutique family-style hotel a lot; it is cosy, stylish, quiet - despite its location to the Zahran Street and the 3rd circle with roads connecting it easily with all parts of Amman. The rooms are comfortable, staff very friendly striving to make their quests to enjoy a relaxing experience. One example: The shower did not work well in my room the first night, I mentioned it the following morning and the same evening I enjoyed a perfect shower with a brand new equipment; even 5-star hotels might not be so efficient in repairs. From my balcony, I could see the Le Royal Hotel light show at night and am looking forward to come again soon as, on May 1st, 2018, the Hisham Hotel opens the roof-top for guests to enjoy a magnificent view of the district. A quiet walk at the sunset is refreshing and very safe. As I am a regular to this hotel, I have stayed in different rooms; each is a bit different but all cosy and...
