DISCLAIMER : all critics and comments are from my own lived experience and have no link to any advertising or paid comment Currently one of the closest hotel / restaurant to Petra site, it has high chances to be surrounded by others; the whole district being in hotel construction process The hotel was really good, comfort was perfect and the whole staff made everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Perfect English spoken, even some spoke French. The room had everything you could expect at a very reasonable price and everything was complementary. Bedding was very good and we slept pretty well. 2 points to improve : -the noise isolation from the window ; the street flow could be quite active and honking - add some furniture in the bathroom, there was nothing to put our stuff As for the restaurant, the mezze was outstanding, so fresh. Portions are HUGE, and the chef really took pleasure in cooking Take note that it is a no alcohol place (like many in Jordan) Breakfast was standard, though could be improved (almost no fruits) Overall a great stay, would definitely come back. I am still wondering why the in-room wifi wasn’t free though , as the night price is somehow already at a correct price.

I stayed in Petra Boutique Hotel with my boyfriend last month and it was the loveliest experience. The hotel is located literally at a 2 minute walk to Petra's main entrance. It's the PERFECT location. It genuinely couldn't be any better and was definitely a relief to be so close after hours and hours of walking in the sun inside Petra itself. We could not have chosen a better hotel. Besides the location being great, the staff is also overwhelmingly helpful. We felt at home and were treated every so kindly. We would like to give a special thanks to the lovely Filipino lady who welcomed us. She was very helpful, friendly and sweet. I'm really sorry I didn't get her name. Charming! The hotel is also very new and modern, all smells like new, everything is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Very comfortable too. They will have a rooftop pool soon, I'm sorry to have missed that! Hehe. The view is awesome. They also have cooking workshops which are very interesting. Their restaurant Petra Kitchen is very very yummy! Overal 10/10 experience. Thank you so much for the lovely reception to all the hotel team.

We had a fabulous stay at Petra Boutique Hotel, or PBH, as my kids like to call it! The family room was perfect! Two showers, ample space for two adults and two kids, everything is planned for, great closets, two tv screens a desk and two reading seats! Breakfast is fabulous, fresh, delicious and caters for a variety of cuisines! We had dinner here once, the menu wasn't our favorite but the service continued to be superb. Kind, hard working staff make sure your stay is perfect. It's a two minute walk from the Petra visitor center, perfect location for sites and restaurants. Its top floor restaurant also offers a nice view with some glimpses of birds!

This place is just amazing. It definitely deserves not 4 but 4.5 stars. A five-story new facility built in 2018 and meticulously refined by the owner - Eid (to whom we greet with warmest regards). The hotel is located perfectly, almost at the entrance of Petra's visiting area. In a spacious room on the fourth floor we had at our disposal two bathrooms with separate showers, two large TV sets, two independent air-conditioning devices, welcoming sweets and drinks, minibar at our disposal, not to mention bathrobes and sleepers. The hotel is equipped with a modern smart technology system, so controlling any device is very convenient and handy. In the room there is a great resting zone with a desk for work and ears. In the room there is also a desk for work and big chairs. The restaurant on a top-floor has a roof which is probably open during summertime. Breakfast is served starting from 6:30 which is very important if you need to visit Petra early in the morning. Delicious, varied kitchen includes European and local snacks. On the ground floor there is Petra Kitchen where the cooking courses of Jordanian kitchen are organized. The chef of the restaurant prepares such delicious meals that it is no use to look for another restaurants because you will surely be disappointed. In the restaurant there is also a corner where you can get shisha - you can choose your favourite taste. It is definitely one of the best that we have ever smoked. Cleaness, service and kindness at every turn. We cordially greet Eid once again - thank you for your hospitality and wonderful time together. If we go to Wadi Musa again, we will choose this hotel ... no other could be in the game. And finally, prices are reasonable and adequate to the quality...

We were contemplating between the bigger and established Petra Moon or this and we are glad we went ahead with Petra Boutique. Our stay at this hotel has been perfect after missing a connecting flight and arriving late at night. Hashem at the reception was delightful, he added a free dinner to our booking. He also helped us with Petra by Night tickets and information. The restaurant on the terrace was great. Mitchie served us during breakfast and was really good. The breakfast spread was sumptuous. The dinner staff was also not bad at all. The minibar was free with extra water and a couple of soft drinks. The toiletries were good. The bath robes and slippers included. Everything was new, modern and clean, with hi-tech switches, mirrors, triple layer doors to cut out the noise and cold? Every minor thing is well though out at this hotel. The location was a perfect 200m from Petra Visitor Centre, multiple restaurants and supermarkets. They let us store our luggage after check-out until evening and the staff at checkout are also very approachable. Loved this hotel and staff. Couldn't have stayed at a better...
