This is by far the best Nigerian restaurant I’ve visited anywhere in the world!
Food: The food was impeccable, both in quantity and quality. Portions were generous, and everything tasted amazing. The pepper soup was perfect — full of flavor with tender, well-cooked meat. In fact, the food was so good that we ended up ordering delivery from them again a few days later, before leaving Nairobi.
Ambiance: This is the largest Nigerian restaurant I’ve ever been to outside of Nigeria. There’s plenty of space, unlike the tight, crowded feel of many other Nigerian spots. The only downside is that the decor doesn’t really reflect a Nigerian theme — it felt a bit plain and could use some cultural touches to bring the atmosphere to life.
Service: The service was excellent. Our server made us feel welcome from the start — she was respectful, attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our visit, which we definitely did.

I ordered assorted egusi with pounded yam. Now, tell me, why did both my meals have a bitter ‘during’ and ‘after’ taste? And when I raised this concern the owner tried to gaslight me by telling me that is how the food should taste and no other customer has ever complained?! Also, when did people start putting big chunks of over cooked liver in assorted instead of tripe? Argh. It tasted like sand!
Nowadays people are are just opening cuisine restaurants not caring that there are people who actually know how these things should taste.
