This is by far the best Nigerian restaurant I’ve visited anywhere in the world! Food: The food was impeccable, both in quantity and quality. Portions were generous, and everything tasted amazing. The pepper soup was perfect — full of flavor with tender, well-cooked meat. In fact, the food was so good that we ended up ordering delivery from them again a few days later, before leaving Nairobi. Ambiance: This is the largest Nigerian restaurant I’ve ever been to outside of Nigeria. There’s plenty of space, unlike the tight, crowded feel of many other Nigerian spots. The only downside is that the decor doesn’t really reflect a Nigerian theme — it felt a bit plain and could use some cultural touches to bring the atmosphere to life. Service: The service was excellent. Our server made us feel welcome from the start — she was respectful, attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our visit, which we definitely did. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Nigerian food!

Review is coming a little late, but I had to share my experience. We only discovered the Lagos Suya Spot a few days before leaving Nairobi, yet we managed to enjoy several meals there. It was such a treat to find a place that offered a true taste of home. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. I definitely plan to visit again the next time I’m in Nairobi—especially now that I see the space has had a gorgeous facelift 🤩

How far? 😃 First time trying Naija 🇳🇬 food and it was quite tasty. We had Jollof rice with fried chicken and also another one with turkey - was quite delicious actually. I should mention the fried plantain - I enjoyed that. Service was good as well. Location was great and free parking available.

Go to Lagos Suya at you own risk.

I ordered assorted egusi with pounded yam. Now, tell me, why did both my meals have a bitter ‘during’ and ‘after’ taste? And when I raised this concern the owner tried to gaslight me by telling me that is how the food should taste and no other customer has ever complained?! Also, when did people start putting big chunks of over cooked liver in assorted instead of tripe? Argh. It tasted like sand!

Nowadays people are are just opening cuisine restaurants not caring that there are people who actually know how these things should taste.

I cheated on my go to Nigerian restaurants because I wanted somewhere that was close to me but never again.

I literally poured money down the drain. It...

The cow feet were very tough.... wasn't boiled long enough. Surprisingly, the greens were a bit undone too. I had ordered Eforiro with pounded yam for 2100. I wanted it assorted but was told that it doesn't come with fish. That to add fish in order to make it assorted, would cost me an extra 1k! The meal was underwhelming, in terms of flavor. I think they need to do some investigating and see that at their competitors, Mama Ashanti and Mammy dada, you get assorted including fish for...
