Friends, today I am excited to share my experience at Bistro Nome, a gem that radiates happiness through its space, design, and delightful dishes.

Firstly, the atmosphere is a burst of joy. Light, airy and open, Bistro Nome's design with its bright furniture and aesthetic somehow manages to instantly lift your mood. This place isn't just about serving food, it's about serving happiness.

Now, let's talk about the food. I popped in for breakfast and indulged in their Croissant with scrambled egg and smoked salmon - and oh, what a treat! The combination of flavours and textures were absolutely tantalizing, a culinary symphony in my mouth. Sorry, dear tomato, you were left out of the party, but that's just a personal preference. 😁

What astounded me was the price. At only 7.5 euros, this dish felt like a steal! Not to forget, I also sampled their Anarkist New England IPA. Priced at just 4.40 euros for 0.5 L, this was a refreshing accompaniment to my meal.

There is no doubt that I will be returning to Bistro Nome, but before I sign off, I want to send out a note to the hardworking wait staff. Dear waiters, your energy and dedication are truly commendable, but remember to take it slow. You're amazing, and we need you to spread the chill vibe a little more.

My family and I were seated at the back of the restaurant, where two doors connected to the kitchens because we didn't have reservations and the place was packed. I ordered the pokè bowl with salmon, and it wasn't the best choice. I had assumed it would be an ordinary one but with noodles , but after getting my plate with the fried rice noodles, I realised it was nothing like that; in fact, it was essentially a poke bowl minus the two most crucial ingredients, in my opinion: rice or noodles. It wasn't enjoyable because it felt too abstract, having random green sea pickles (that weren't even on the menu description) and carrots that had more flavour than the whole other dish parts. We came to eat breakfast and ordered the Eggs Royale with salmon - everything appears to be thrown together carelessly with the 30 grams of salmon plopped in the middle of the plate & tomato with the stem on. The salad dressing was the general store brought sweet Thai chilli sauce. I think the picture speaks for itself :) flavour wise it was alright, we ate, but it was generally a pretty sad breakfast, with a coffee that leaves a bad aftertaste.
