Abell Residence — Hotel in Borneo

The location is ideal, in the heart of "old kuching" Padungan China Town. The place are walking distance from the food out let and coffee shops / stalls. The car park is a bonus for travellers who drive albeit is limited parking space and the gate are close after midnight! which is good for the safety of the guest vehicle. By the way, the staff are friendly and accommodating. ||||THE ROOM||||The cleanliness is average. The linens and the mattres has seen the better days, it need to be change. The size of the room is large enough for a family of 4 - 6 person. The bath room fixtures need to be replace. Some of the fixtures are loose and wear off. The rooms fixtures i.e the cupboard are out dated and old. The Resident has a lot of potential as the location...

Strategically located, merely 5 minutes walking distance to the famous Kuching Waterfront and the cat statue. Surrounded by eateries, malls, banks and etc. The staffs were very friendly...hassle-free check in and check out they even helped us to call for taxi to the airport. The room (family room) was adequately clean and big enough for 4 adults. In overall, I'm satisfied with this hotel and would highly recommend this for those travelling in groups and need affordable...
