I visited Hong Kong Noodle House for dinner tonight and had a very disappointing experience. After having a meal that cost RM22.25, I was shocked to find out that they don’t accept credit card payments for bills below RM50. Since I didn’t have cash on hand, I was forced to pay an additional RM2.75 as a credit card service charge, which is a whopping 12.4% extra.
What’s worse, there was no visible signage informing customers about this cash-only policy for smaller bills. When I mentioned this to the boss, she completely ignored my feedback and didn’t seem to care. I hope the relevant authorities take notice and address this unfair treatment...

The table plastic table cover has mould all over. The place smell of cockroaches. The glass of tea had lipstick on it.
Once the food came, I had lost pretty much any enjoyment. If I was there with my friends and familtly, I would have walked out.
In all my eating experience in Kuching, this takes the prize.
I remember eating at Open Market in the 1980s with "creatures" running along the roof structures. I never felt this bad.
