Loft Waterfront — Hotel in Borneo

Wearrived to Kuching around 8PM, it was supposed to be a quick overnight as we were leaving to Bako next morning. The location is great, right at the waterfront so it's close to everything. The hostel is above the 24h shop, and the clientele there is diverse - we had a chance to experience it as we needed to wait for the owner to arrive and open the door. Waiting was pretty long and it would be great if it was mentioned at the booking - we were tired and waited 20 minutes in front of the door. The room was fine, perfect for one night, with AC working fine. The bathroom are shared and they were not clean. It would change a lot if they were clean and maintained. The lady at the reception the next day was unpleasant, busy with her phone all the time and tired answering our questions. Overall, it's fine for a quick night...

Pro : It's cheap, just around rm36 (add rm10 and you can get whole much better place yo stay somewhere nearby). Strategic location just few steps to waterfront. Has working AC and clean water. Cons : it has 3 shared bathroom (2 malfunction when we arrive) and it is too small, unhygienic bathroom, need to repaint some of the walls. Great place to stay for very² super low dirt cheap price. Dont expect much it's a really good place to stay for the price. Dont come paying for 3$ n expect a service of 300$.
