Seoul Garden Buffet & Hot Pot @ Permaisuri Imperial City Mall — Restaurant in Sarawak

I had a terrible experience at seoul garden Miri tonight. When I arrived, the staff just pointed to a “Foodpanda Closed” sign without any proper explanation, and I had to ask whether we could sit inside. The staff looked annoyed and just nodded.

Later, I wanted to change tables because the one I sat at was too cold. When I told them, they again showed an unhappy face and seemed irritated. The whole experience felt very unwelcoming — definitely not what I expected when coming out for a simple supper.

And The food is not enough hot.

First of all, i’d like to say thanks to all the waiters because they are very respectful and speak towards us customers with full confidence. They’re very fast at working and the services are very good as well. Besides, the atmosphere here is very welcoming and the warmth is there. Not hot but also not too cold. About the food, i’d say its a 9.3/10 because im not sure if its’ mussels or prawns are fresh. (superior set) Other than that, i love their ice cream with many choices but their drinks aren’t much to pick. But that’s understandable since they’re refillable. Thats all from a seoul...

It was my first time visiting this hotpot restaurant, and the overall experience was great! The soup base was rich and flavorful — especially the spicy one, which was aromatic but not overwhelmingly hot. The ingredients were all fresh, and the meat slices were cut just right, tender and easy to cook. The environment was comfortable and spacious, making it nice to dine and chat. The staff were friendly and attentive, often helping to refill the soup and check if everything was okay. Overall, I’m really satisfied and would definitely come back again.
