Starbucks Bintang Plaza Miri — Restaurant in Sarawak

I'm in rage and disbelief. The cashier purchase us membership cards without our consent. Asking us if we hav membership cards, doesnt mean we give the consent for you to purchase the card and deduct from our change. Its not professional or ethical. I know u hav daily/monthly targets to give out membership cards but not like this. Also, your app sucks. The more reasons, why some customer not prefer to use the membership when purchase ur drinks. I'm here for drinks, cuz its the only coffee place in the mall. I dont care the cashier commission for the amount of membership card he/she give out. A business shouldn't work like that.
