While perusing their cake selection in the display cabinet, I noticed a hygiene concern: a fly had landed on one of the cakes. I promptly notified a staff member, expecting a thorough resolution to the issue. However, I was disappointed to witness that the response was less than satisfactory. The staff member simply chased the fly away without addressing the affected slice of cake.

As a customer who values food safety and cleanliness, I believe that such incidents should be handled with greater diligence. We arrived at the restaurant before lunch hours 8th May 2025, and at the time, there were no other customers. Despite the quiet setting, my daughter’s meal was significantly delayed for more than 40mins. Additionally, my takeaway order was incorrect—likely given to another customer—as the waitress appeared to be occupied with a video call during service. This could have been handled at a more appropriate time, such as during a break, to avoid affecting customer service.

It was disappointing that no effort was made to inform us about the delay or to acknowledge the mix-up. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Some of the plush keychain of bichi mao are out of stocks but no label on the product, stickers also out of stock with no information in the store. Yes, i go to secret recipe purposely for those item. When i make payment, i just being informed that this one no stock that one no stock and other free gift also not available because i used the card to get promotion price. Everything not informed! So many t&c for these bichi mao product , really not satisfying. My friend told me that he didnt get any of the item even when he spend 100+ at secret recipe because he take away. Why?
