More so 3rd email on 6 Dec 2024 at 2346 for password clarification but no reply from you since then. No refund is ok as this just reclects on your accountability, ownership and service recovery ability. I can accept a simple room, but what I cannot accept is your full of excuses behaviour. So you did amend my bookings on 8 Dec 2024 to avoid trouble after communicating with me via email huh?
Your reply should focus on the room condition too! You can sell a basic room but it has to be cleaned ...the dust accumilated is unacceptable.
All the blame game by Aayu is very unprofessional. More so my bookings dated on 6 and 7 were cancelled by Aayu on the 8 December after I lodged a conplaint to Agoda.I have reported such unethical act to Agoda. AAYU...blaming Agoda is not going to solve the mistakes made by you.You are the one asigned the room..not Agoda I am well aware of how these OTA platforms work. I wonder where is the integerity of such property which do not take ownership of their mistakes. So, READERS...PLEASE BEWARE. In this page...is reflected a newly renovated property at No31 Lorong Sterart.Attached is the email sent directed to 38 Lorong Stewart Room No3. Incase readers are not aware.Roomno1 has the outdoorview.Room 2 and 3 facing the airwell. This room (No3 facing tbe airwell) is dusty...old and located just beside the shared toilet. I have taken photos of the dusty fan, cobwebes at the four corners etc. Toilet was half opened air covdred by just blinds with slow flusing and slow drainage sink on the left.
Sorry is just isnt enough and YES...i am.posting everything to alert readers to be aware of booking this property.
The other review which was posted telling the truth is my son who shared the same AWFUL experience of two nights hearing toilet door slamming and flushing, disturbing our sleeps. He is entitled to air his agreevenses here.

The property is in excellent condition. You were always quick to respond and ready to help. The linens were spotless, the bathroom was spacious and bright, the check-in process was smooth and easy, and the kitchen and living room were fully equipped. The only tiny imperfection was that some plaster from the walls occasionally fell off, but I understand that’s the challenge of preserving an old building. I especially loved your complimentary handmade toast, and the thoughtful website you created, full of detailed, practical tips (and even has batik workshop that looks so fun 🎨). I went through every section carefully, because I want your effort to go noticed. I think that when something is made with such care, having it truly appreciated must be a joy for you, so I wanted to make sure I told you every detail I loved.😆

We actually booked a room that were stated that it will be facing the street view for the room. But end up staying in the back room, beside the public toilet, listening to the sound of how other guest flush their toilet.
We realised that it was a mistake, reflected this case back to the host, but we ended up blamed by the host of entering the wrong room, and they had made another statement that agoda made the mistake
We end up living in an awful room, beside toilet, listen to people flushing showering, and walking around loudly, no refund, no further action had been taken
