you see, this is a “cult” that has people lining up 15 mins b4 the doors open. ITS CRAZY 🤯 (and they are emptying my bank account 😭😭 -5 stars😭😭😭)

the buns are CRAZILY AMAZING. like, i dont like savory stuff. THEY MADE ME BUY THEIR SAVORY STUFF over and over again😭😭😭😭

my top picks(sweet) croissant oreo creme smthg milky bun / taro bun (the fried one is ok the regular buns good) pain au chocolat/ danish raisin belgium waffle CALI RAISIN TOAST/CHARCOAL TOAST caterpillar (its really convenient to eat) cinnamon rooooolllllll(suggestion: DITCH THE WALNUT AND DRIZZLE CREAM CHEESE YEA??)

savory eggmont smthg (i call it the pizza bread its long and its REALLLLLY FILLING) eggie sausage smthg(its like a hawaiian pizza) cheese stick

ive tried most of their cakes, (tarts/ special stuff pending cuz im BROKE😭) and its so SOFT it melts in your mouth (minus the nuts) your kid will love that rm 9.80 u invest (trust me bro) and check out the swissrolls too its 😘😘😘

can we all unite and just request for a ✨MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM✨ so we can all get some good stuff for being loyal customers? 🥹🥹 (please verbie please😭)

On 29/08, I went to this store to buy a cake, it’s for 4years old birthday, hence I ask for 4candles. However they told me they only provide one candle. I was quite disappointed , if it’s for adult I won’t care, but it’s for a kid, and they can’t even give me 3 more candle?? Candle got so expensive?? Ok, never mind, I go to the cashier, and realize the candle is like abit thin and might break easily …. So I ask if can give me a spare one, in case it break. But the worker tell me cannot, they don’t give spare candle. So I asks, what if it break? She say, if break u can come back to get one more. I was like, huh????You think everyone are stay nearby your shop ? I need to drive home 1hour, if it break, I need to drive another 1hour to come back just for a candle and another 1hour to go back????? And she told me it is the company new law… if I want a spare one I need to buy.. this is so unreasonable. As a company , I think you can be more flexible , I don’t think customers will take advantage for just one or two candle, like really. Buy a cake that is cost nearly RM100, there is not any ice pack provided or even an extra candle. Poor...

This bakery has zero empathy for customers. I’ve bought a cake from them, expecting at least a plastic bag carrier. However, I had to even ask for a plastic bag. I don’t know how the staff or the SOP would even think that carrying the cake box by itself would suffice where it is highly uncomfortable to hold that boxy handle. Upon receiving the cake, the staff did not even mention how many candles I wanted and when asked, the staff said that extra candles had to be bought. What kind of bakery charges for candles??? I also requested for the ice pack, that itself also had to be charged. I don’t know how to support local bakeries if bakeries are practising this kind of easily rectifiable small problems that make a big difference to service.

In conclusion, if you want to purchase a cake from them, do not expect any form or service of where it would be convenient to you because plastic bag had to be requested, candles and ice pack had to be bought. I will suggest entertaining other bakery businesses rather than this kind of business...
