The workers can't seem to keep track of what dishes are still available or not, don't understand simple requests like for a baby chair, and if you ask for a refill of your bak kut teh, they'll only give you one small rice bowl of soup even if you ordered a massive bowl for five people with lots of add-ons (so there wasn't much soup to begin with). Look at how dry my pot is after I finish the soup. They have only a small pathetic rooster bowl amount of soup as refill. ONE SMALL BOWL FOR 2 PERSONS!
And they refuse to top up the second time. like soups are so expensive and may cause them to bankrupt.
