TL;DR: Loved the slightly herbal soup, but the fried intestine stole the show.

🍲 Bak Kut Teh 👍🏻 The soup is flavorful with a slight herbal kick—so good. 👍🏻 Meat is a mix of pork ribs and smaller, less appealing pork cuts. 🫳🏻 Soup refills are limited to one small bowl at a time—could be better.

🍖 Fried Intestine 👍🏻 Amazing texture. 👍🏻 The sauce is just chef’s kiss.

🐚 Stir-Fried Clams 🫳🏻 Pretty average, but… 👍🏻 The sauce made it worthwhile.

Food is nothing special, service is mediocre at the best of times. The workers can't seem to keep track of what dishes are still available or not, don't understand simple requests like for a baby chair, and if you ask for a refill of your bak kut teh, they'll only give you one small rice bowl of soup even if you ordered a massive bowl for five people with lots of add-ons (so there wasn't much soup to begin with). After that they point-blank refuse to give more soup and dgaf if you will come back or not. Should spend less money on pretty menus and more money on training...

DO NOT COME IF YOU LIKE BAH KUT TEH SOUPS!

Look at how dry my pot is after I finish the soup. They have only a small pathetic rooster bowl amount of soup as refill. ONE SMALL BOWL FOR 2 PERSONS!

And they refuse to top up the second time. like soups are so expensive and may cause them to bankrupt.

Honestly food so so only. Price is targeted at Singaporeans

You get better value and taste bah kut teh in other parts of JB or Bt Indah.
