Our stay has been incredibly disappointing in its quality. Firstly, the room had a number of problems including a dirty rag that smelled of vomit, leaking A/C that was not fixed for half of our stay, bathroom door that did not open properly causing us to get stuck inside the bathroom, only one key and lift pass available between the four of us, no toilet paper - things we reported multiple times to little avail. To add to this, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. Specifically Sania, the front desk girl, was incredibly rude to us and impossible to locate most of the time as she would not respond to our WhatsApp messages (after telling us to only reach her via WhatsApp) and leave the desk empty for long periods of her shifts. A particularly unhappy episode was us calling her twice during working hours and her picking up the phone just to hang it in our faces. We reported multiple times the problems we were facing, and she said that she would try to solve them but never did. After two days without functioning A/C, we asked her again to please send someone to fix it or give us a refund/different room, and she started yelling at us in front of everyone, which was a particularly humiliating experience. Another customer in a different room has reported having bedbugs which caused severe folliculitis that required a hospital visit, making us feel lucky that we "just" got yelled at and had to deal with KL humidity and heat. This stay has been subpar to say the least, with an utter lack of mutual respect and many of the...

While the room itself and the overall ambiance were undoubtedly pleasant, I would like to share a few points for future guests to be aware of when planning their stay. Firstly, the electrical outlets in the room are limited, not at all close to the bed and do not support all types of chargers or plugs, so it’s advisable to bring an extension cord or adapter. Secondly, there were instances of staff entering the room without prior notice or knocking — including an entry at 12am to confirm check-out status, despite the presence of doorbells in each unit.
Additionally, while I had initially booked for two nights and extended my stay by one more, I was charged a different rate on the third day by the same staff member, which was unexpected. Lastly, regarding the swimming pool, please note that entry is only permitted with proper swimwear — cotton clothing (t-shirts/trousers) for male/female both is not allowed.
Overall, while the property offers a lovely atmosphere, I hope these insights help others prepare for a...
