Came here for dinner on 30 May, and honestly, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We were super hungry and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food and received nothing. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after us were already eating. We kept checking with the staff, but no one gave us a clear answer.
Eventually, one of the male staff came over and asked for our order again, only to find out that the girl who took our order never submitted it. So our food was never even being prepared. We waited all that time for nothing.
What made it worse was the attitude. No one said sorry. The girl who messed up literally walked away and acted like nothing happened. Not even a simple apology. And the guy staff tried to cover for her like it was no big deal.
Seriously, this kind of service is unacceptable. No responsibility, no basic manners, just terrible. Really disappointing. Please do something about your staff, customers shouldn’t be...
Read more5 stars! Tried Boat Noodles for the first time and I’m genuinely impressed! I had both Ayutthaya and Pathumthani, both were tasty, but Ayutthaya stole my heart! The broth was rich, aromatic, and full of herbs, absolutely satisfying even in such small bowls (range RM2.90 per bowl — worth it!).
Also tried their Sangkaya, and the steamed bread was super soft. The highlight though was the thick pandan kaya, creamy, fragrant, and delicious!
Drinks were a little on the pricey side, like most kiosks, but I really don’t mind paying for the overall experience. The service was excellent! shoutout to Kak Nadia who served us with such warmth and friendliness. So polite and generous with smiles. She greeted us well at the peak hour and offered to take our order while waiting for the table.
Definitely recommending this place for quick bites and a great Thai food experience in a...
Read moreI recently visited this boat noodle shop, and I had a great experience! The boat noodles were flavorful with a nice balance of savory and slightly spicy broth, and the toppings, like the meatball and bean sprouts, added a good texture. The portion size was small, which is typical for boat noodles, allowing us to try multiple bowls and flavors.
What stood out was the side of soft bread with green pandan custard dip – it was a delightful, sweet contrast to the savory noodles. The bread was fresh and fluffy, and the custard was rich and aromatic, making it a satisfying dessert.
The ambiance of the place felt warm and rustic, enhancing the overall experience. It’s a fun spot for a casual meal with friends, where you can sample different flavors without getting too full. Highly recommended for a cozy and authentic boat...
