Havana Guest House Kuala Lumpur — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

My experience with this place was horrible, firt of all is very dificult to find... the place is the cheapest ever and i didnt expect a palace but... im not the kind of person that complaint a lot about places, becouse i undertand that if you pay less money somehow that will be in the quality of the place.||this place was really disgusting... they dont care about anything.... dirty rooms, with cocrouches, and even dirty clothes from guest before...||shower broken.... i think is only a good place if just want to sleep there and you want the less prices as...

It was difficult to locate the hotel as it is located at the back of the Jalan Alor. We booked a twin room but gave us a queen room. The receptionist said that they don't have a twin room in Havana. It was very frustrating because it was terribly a mis-communication with AGODA. BUT the receptionist led as to BABYLON Guest house (I think same owner) and gave us what we want. Same ambiance (dark), quiet smelly and got crappy wifi. It's cheap so what will I expect. But there are other cheap accommodation but with better service...

Too difficult to find this guest house. Photos absolutely different with the real. Room smell not good. They have poor wifi, disconnect all the time. The air conditioner didn't work as well. All staff have scary face :(||Just bad experience, and I didn't recomend it for you guys.||Try to search other guest...
