Attending the Yuna concert at Mega Star Arena was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the venue, I was impressed with the overall environment. The atmosphere was electric and full of excitement, creating the perfect setting for a memorable concert experience.
One of the standout features of this venue was the exceptional sound quality. Yuna's music came to life with crystal-clear audio that allowed me to fully immerse myself in her performance. It's evident that Mega Star Arena invests in top-notch sound systems, making sure that every note and lyric was delivered with precision.
I also greatly appreciated the efficient air conditioning. Concert venues can sometimes become quite warm and stuffy, but Mega Star Arena had the perfect temperature to ensure everyone's comfort throughout the event. It's evident that they understand the importance of creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for the audience.
Another aspect that deserves praise is the accessibility of the bathrooms. It's not uncommon to encounter long lines or distant facilities at large events, but Mega Star Arena had conveniently located and well-maintained restrooms. This is a small yet crucial detail that contributes to an overall positive concert experience.
The staff at Mega Star Arena were notably friendly and helpful. Whether I had questions about the venue or needed assistance with anything, they were always ready to provide assistance with a smile. Their professionalism and courtesy added to the overall positive impression I had of the venue.
In conclusion, my experience at the Yuna concert at Mega Star Arena was outstanding. The venue's great environment, top-notch sound quality, effective air conditioning, accessible bathrooms, and friendly staff made it an event to remember. I would highly recommend Mega Star Arena for any upcoming concerts or events – it's a fantastic place to enjoy live music and...
Read moreNice concert but terrible place to held this concert, unprofessional and unfriendly staff. We have struggled a lot for find a way to the entrance, and another tough time to find the correct entrance to the hall. No guidance, no signs and arrows. And things below would not happen if they keep my camera in a good and careful way. And I would not have any doubt whether they are professional enough for deposit. The staff took my camera and just put it on a desk with no protection and lens down. I asked them do they have the qualifications to do this or do they write this in the ticket terms and rules. They said by default always like that, but I checked the information on the ticket thousand times, there is even a single word about that. And then I asked whether there will be locks and keys for such valuable personal belongings, they said no. I asked another staff, what if the camera is missing, taken by mistake or dropped if they only keep in a careless way, he told me there is no if. I just cannot believe an professional staff can answer in this way. And during the argument, another younger male staff is always shaking his hand, sometimes with a fake smile, showing his impatience and say by default like this la, concert is like that blabla. His behavior make my feelings even worse. After the end of the show, I asked the female staff information about previous two staffs to write a complaint email, she said she doesn’t know there names at all. Even it was this lady collect my camera at the beginning and witness the whole process. And another next lady said they are busy, and means that I am here to disturb the audience and interrupt their work.
Do think twice to come if you find out your event is here. As from scenario 4, they did not even know about each...
Read moreEvent space is good especially for performances. There are some signages to guide to visitors. No water is allowed but they sell some water and snacks inside. No recording is allowed too. As I was there for a comedy show, I find the organisers quite strict.
Some comments on the venue will be that the location is bad. Traffic is bad, parking is the worst. Will strongly suggest you to use touch n go if you want to drive or park there. Upon entry, there's only 2 options- touch n go (min balance of RM20) or parking ticket. There's no option for credit card payment. If you use the parking ticket, make sure you exit within 29 mins otherwise they will charge you again. If you use the parking ticket, the autopay machine only receive cashless payment. This is the time where they accept credit card payments. They should consider adding credit card options upon entry since they are practicing cashless payment. It will save a lot of hassle.
After the event ended, there was a standstill traffic in the parking. Cars weren't moving at all. There were only 2 exits and some cars were going against the direction which cause the traffic standstill. I was charged another RM5 because upon exit as it was more than 30mins. I tried showing my receipt to the parking management to show I've paid my parking earlier but they were rude and sarcastic and kept insisting I need to pay another RM5 although it was RM5 per entry after 6pm.
Also, the event ended past the mall's operating hours, a lot of areas were cordoned off and only certain areas will have access to the car park which isn't very convenient especially if you aren't familiar with Sg Wang.
If you're really there for event, I think you should consider to go by grab or public transport -...
