Terrible experience. Thanks to one ride, whole day ruined. Theme parks are great , but there are sensibilities even in these environments. We made the mistake of getting on the most stupidly designed theme park ride I have come across, just because it was the next one we came upon. As my kids described it, there is nothing fun or thrilling about it. It seems it was just designed to give people maximal discomfort, terrible inner ear dysfunction and nausea in the cheapest, most space-efficient way. Someone needs to explain to these guys the definition of a thrill ride. I am surprised management thinks it is is even safe, having experienced it. My wife started to get nauseated, the attendant was staring at his phone while I tried to get his attention. Took too long to stop the ride and my wife threw up all over herself and spent the next two hours with terrible nausea and vomitting. And, no, she is not some delicate person who is easily over stressed. She scuba dives, paddle boards and has flown hangliders. We had also all just gone on the most thrilling ride, the rollercoaster, and enjoyed this.
I thought as soon as this happened that there would be prompt attendance by theme park staff, with a vomit bowl, some wet towels, maybe some water, but the response was slow and underwhelmng. Then had to try get in and out of theme park to buy her some clean clothes, and that was a ridiculous process, with security guards having to confer about where to let me out, so I could get back in again with my ticket.
Appears to be only one exit on the seventh floor, as usual, funneling you through the souvenir shop. And when you are trying to get out in a hurry you realise how poorly the way out is signposted. The multitude of green ‘exit’ signs lead you to fire escapes with, disturbingly, padlocks on the inside! Whole thing feels tired and poorly thought out with staff that are not particularly excited...

I was not made aware that there is a maximum height for kids rides. I assumed the rides are like overseas where usually adults can accompany kids into the kids rides but this was not the case.
My child is only 3 years old and will not ride any of the kids rides on her own.
My kid was initially enthusiastic about entering the kids playground but i was told i could not enter due to my height and it was only for kids. The customer service personel would not even issued a partial refund. He tried to assist me by speaking to the kids playground assistant to allow me to go into the playground but my child has lost interest then. And that was the best outcome they can provide me!
40 mins spent loitering the theme park and being refused to enter all the kids rides due to maximum height restrictions is all a joke. This is management fault for not making me aware of this restrictions prior to entering the theme park and not riding any rides apart from 4 family rides which was utterly boring. Spend rm110 to ride 4 family rides is a total waste of money!!!!!. I came in for the kids rides and was left utterly disappointed as my child would not ride them without an adult riding together with them.
Staff at entrance should inform customers with kids less than 5yo to make then aware that the adults cannot accompany them on kids rides. Not all 3yo kids are willing to ride by themselves!
And there is also a fee of rm3 for socks to enter the playground. I did not managed to enter in the end anyway because after all the nonsense with complaining with service desk (which i did not even receive the outcome i expected), my kid was tired of this place for not being able to play without an adult that she asked to go home (when the customer service person walked us to the kids playground to give me permission to enter, it was too late!!!!)
What a waste of...
