Horrible swindler company, when you guys pay back my deposit? Where is your customer service? Where is your person in charge? Why nobody pick up my call?
Update date: 29/10/2023 If you already move out and waiting to get back you deposit, this comment can probably help you to understand what scenario you will face because I am facing the same issue right now. The staff will say that they need around 7-10 working days to proceed the payment. You will realize that you wait until second last date that they promised but there have no money return to your account. You choose to send a gentle reminder to them. They will tell you that you still own them some utilities fees and it hasn't been deducted. (A simple question, what you guys doing in the last 9 days?) They will send you an invoice (This is the most efficiency moment from them) And they will tell you again that they need 3 to 4 more working days to proceed the payment. You refuse to accept and ask them to give you a solution. They will seen you message You make a call to their customer services and they don't know how to solve your problem and just keep blaming to their finance department. At this movement, you feel like you are just a beggar and keep on begging money from them although the money is yours.
If you leave a comment and give them a bad review, they will said that the comment that you leave is not true. I believe that they will not take the money that do not belong to them but they will hold it. When they need you to pay the rental fees & utilities fees, you must pay asap. But when you want to take back your money, oops sorry you must wait because they have so many process (Request approval from directors and etc.)
They promised that they will transfer back money to me on 27/10/2023 (FRIDAY) but until now I still haven't see this transaction show in my account. Today is Sunday, is a weekend, enjoy your weekend (Staff from Utopia), I will not disturb your weekend. But I will keep on chasing you until you pay me back the money that belongs to me. Everything was handled with extraordinary care and expertise, starting from the day I made my initial inquiries about the accommodation and ending on the day of my departure.
The Room: The room was well decorated and in perfect condition. It was evident that both comfort and aesthetics had received meticulous attention to detail. High-quality sheets made the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the room's natural light and open layout created a warm ambience.
The property is in a great location, very next to an LRT rail station and peaceful and safe. The shared areas were kept up just as nicely. I was really pleased with the facilities and services offered in the unit
The excellent hospitality extended by the managers, customer service, and cleaners was one of the most memorable features of my stay. They made sure that all of my needs were satisfied and were really responsive. They made me feel very comfortable, swiftly answered any problems I had, and gave helpful ideas for places to see in the area.
To summarize my overall stay I had an excellent time renting from Utopia, and I heartily suggest it to anyone searching for a short- or long-term home. This experience was exceptional because of the well-appointed accommodation, the great location, and the committed host. I wouldn't think twice about returning here or recommending it to friends and family in the future.

As a tenant at Desa Kudalari Condominium, I experienced a complete violation of privacy when an electrician entered my room without authorization and used my power bank to charge his iPhone. The electrician also left my door open, and I later discovered that | was missing Japanese Yen worth 45,000 that I had placed near my table.
What's worse is that I did not receive any notice of maintenance work that required access to my room, leaving me feeling helpless and violated. As a tenant, I trust that I have the right to privacy and security in my own living space, and UTOPIA Co-Living completely disregarded that. I am extremely disappointed and concerned about this breach of trust and feel that UTOPIA Co-Living Agency has failed to fulfill its duty of care towards me.
Despite my multiple attempts to reach out to the UTOPIA co-living agency, I have yet to receive any further response or acknowledgement of my complaint. This lack of communication and unresponsiveness on their part has made me feel uncertain about the steps I need to take to resolve this issue.
I strongly not recommend UTOPIA Co-Living to anyone who values their privacy and security, if they still didn't take any appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again...
