We were a group of 5 adults & 3 kids looking for a Family room to squeeze-in for a night stay in Melacca. While Melacca provides accommodation in all levels, I was actually looking for one bit decent. As the group was larger to accommodate in a Family room (naturally) and instead paying RM20 for extra mattress, the owner suggested to take an additional Double bedroom that costs RM70 just for a good night sleep. Sounded fair enough. Family room costs RM145 without breakfast. Soaps were provided on request. The Room rates seemed reasonable compared to similar hotels nearby. A new hotel to hit the streets. ||||Nearby locations : ||- Little India just a two-minute walk. ||- Local Food court adjacent to this hotel that serves Chinese, Malay, Indian food and Beers. Read moreThis is a budget hotel with minimal facilities. There's no welcoming drink or tea-making facility in the room. But they do have small sitting area on the ground floor where they do have tea making facility if you need your coffee or tea urge in the afternoon. Other wise, you can head to the nearest restaurant just across the hotel for a lovely milk tea (teh tarik). The room is quite small, which match its price. It has good Wifi service which is a plus for me. The only problem is parking during the day. You need to pay RM1 per day for parking but there's no guarantee that you'll get a carpark space. You might need to wait/ go round and round to search for a car park. I suggest you park at the food court centre just beside the hotel. Its free and nearest...
Read moreStayed here recently and had a really good experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with working air-conditioning which was a big plus in the heat. Free WiFi was available and worked well throughout the stay. There’s also free parking right in front of the hotel, which made things super convenient. For the price, it was very affordable — especially considering it’s just around 800m from Jonker Street. Plus, there are plenty of local restaurants and kopitiams nearby, so finding food was easy. Great budget-friendly option if you're...
