The Green Reaper Vegetarian Eatery & Botanical Gallery (Reservations required) — Restaurant in Malacca

As a long-term vegetarian, I always get very excited when I find full veggie places and/or many options. During my second stay in Malacca, I found The Green Reaper on the map by chance. The reviews were excellent, so I didn't hesitate.

It is true that you have to call/message and book in advance. I tried to find the place first, and I couldn't. (It is just the door to the left of 7eleven. The place exists! Just message them first.)

We booked dinner for 2 and paid 50% in advance. They were doing the 5-course Middle Eastern menu that week. All dishes were carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Everything was superb! I had no suggestions for improvements. From welcome drink to tea and dessert.

The pssible changes that my husband and I speculated about were based on our own preferences as opposed to the quality of the food.

Both Christian and Danni hosted us dearly, and even though the experience of private dining sounded intense and a bit weird at first, I would do it all again.

Apparently, Danni is working on a new menu, and it is among the reasons why I already want to go back to Malacca.

I would give them a whole extra star if I could just because they are not really fully vegetarians and have created and served such an impeccable veggie menu!

What a pleasure to have you both treating us to this great thing you guys are doing, Oh my what can I say, 1st and foremost I am not into veggies, but boy oh boy I was wrong, if you get it done really right man..... Mind blowing, Dani thank you, you have change my mind on veggies, The Empanadas was Wow......🤯 Christian thank you for the entertainment, your Hospitality, this gets you top marks, as I myself am in the FNB industry, it's a challenge but I know you both are doing it right 💪🏽 Ok so me and my wife were back in our home town and decided to treat ourselves, we decide for and experience, Hence The Green Reaper, we went for the Mexican Menu, it was a blast, personalize with a touch of Magic, remember I am not into veggies at all, yet it was a great meal put out for us, thanks so much guys, we appreciate it so very much, so warm and so welcoming the both of you, we will see you again definitely, what an great evening we had, if you're looking for a change in your Dining experience this is a go to, I'll recommend The Green Reaper...

First of all I have to say that it was an incredible experience and I enjoyed being at this lovely restaurant . I owe a debt of gratitude to Christian and his esteemed wife for their sincere hospitality. I have had very different experiences in many different countries before, but this master chef really made us travel around the world with his smiling face, sincerity, energy, presentation and wonderful dishes from different countries. I've traveled by plane a lot, but I don't remember ever flying this fast. Syrian food delicacies, Greece, Afghanistan, Croatia and really much more, this master chef showed us around the world like a great pilot captain with his wonderful dishes. While tasting the food, I was also impressed by the fact that I saw magnificent work of art everywhere I looked. I don't want to go into this subject too much because I want it to be a surprise for the newly guests. If I had to describe what I wrote in one word, it was incredible...
