This place is spectacular. The 44rd floor (rooftop) is a must go. You can dine in at 42th floor Pampas too. Food tastes great with nicely done plating. But the one I wanted to mention most is their services! They ask whether do I need babychair or not, volunteered for photo taking, bringing in hot water when I needed baby food, switched on the light on the exterior design when I wanted to photograph its deco (it was slightly dark at night). They did it without even me asking first. This is what we called first class service man. Free parking Great food Good services Nicely done interior design Splendid night scenery (you can see the beautifully lighted up sg melaka, which is another job well done by another group of intellect) Connected to shopping mall (the aquarium is kinda meh but it is still a good educational trip for children, plus the buy one free one VR can definitely make a children's day) Will definitely come again, might even consider it for the venue for my life events!

Located in the same building of The Shore Residence. Bear in my mind you need to use right lift (going to the sky tower) because wrong lift will only take you to residence or mall. During our visit, they offered free parking. When we find the right lift, we still have to wait because only 1 lift going to 42th floor to the sky tower counter. We were there on Friday and they charged weekend price which is higher than weekday price. Only Monday to Thursday is considered weekday (same with parking area at Bandar Hilir) Plan your visit if you want to save some money on entrance fee. We paid RM35 each for adult and got complimentary RM10 voucher for their restaurant. The observation deck is a large area and you can see Melaka city from different angle. No time limit so feel free to spend how long you wish. However, the area is uncovered so if it is raining, it might ruin your experience. The binocular was also not functioning as I tried one of them. The extended glass panel is only open if you wish your photo to be taken by their photographer and no mobile camera is allowed. No idea how much is the price. We had lunch at their restaurant and this is the most worthy part of the visit. Ambience of the place was great. The price is very affordable like RM15 for lunch set that comes with fruit and drink, so just add RM5 and use RM10 voucher given.

Amazing views, bizarre place. Cost RM10 ( ~£1.90) each to visit on a weekday. Took about fifteen minutes to walk there from Jonker St. The Shore hotel seemed strangely deserted as we entered. Lift up to the 42nd floor, paid, then walked a bit further up to the top. Nobody else there, but there are Christmas decorations left up (it is now June). Christmas baubles that have fallen from the trees are scattered around the roof. A cover of a Ronan Keating song plays through the speakers. The fish pond is so dirty you cannot see the fish from the roof (but can see them from the floor below through the glass bottom). There are free binoculars to use, but the glass barrier in front of them does get in the way at points. The whole place could be amazing if it got a bit of TLC. However, the views are amazing. It was a clear, sunny day and you could see for miles. Worth a visit for the views alone though if you're in Melaka for a few days.

The Shore Sky Tower is an impressive landmark in Melaka that boasts panoramic views of the city and the Straits of Malacca. The tower is located in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible for visitors. The tower is equipped with high-speed elevators that whisk you up to the observation deck in no time. The observation deck offers stunning views of the city, especially at sunset when the sky turns orange and the city lights up. The tower also features a revolving restaurant that serves a variety of dishes, from local favorites to international cuisine. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with stunning views of the city and the sea. Overall, The Shore Sky Tower is a must-visit attraction in Melaka. It offers breathtaking views of the city, delicious food, and a memorable experience that you won't forget.

This place is pretty basic: just a a 40 storey plus tall tower in the heart of Bandar Melaka. But when you come at the right time eg sunset, when the weather is clear, and at a time where there is minimal crowd (preferably on a weekday) it immediately becomes a must visit! That was the case with my wife, we came at 7pm about 10 minutes before sunset and it was lovely. Everything was perfect and we managed to get picture at every corner of the compound. The glass fence is a tad high for we Asian but I guess it’s for safety reasons. A big downside I would say is that one cannot take own photo at the glass floor platform at the end of the square which is the spot where it is most picturesque, instead you can only take pictures using the camera provided. Price is about RM 25/adult. Suggested spending time is 45 minutes to 1 hour.

The night view of the Melaka city was beautiful. The location is very strategic since you can view all the important locations of the city. Kampung Morten, Melaka River, Hang Tuah Stadium, Padang Pahlawan, Kota Laksamana. It's worth the money. However the light structures of santa and reindeer I felt were inappropriate since it's not even Christmas and they are so common n can easily be seen at any other country in the world 😅. The dragon should remain. It's very nice. The management should consider putting historical and cultural light structures such as traditional Melaka house near Kg Morten view, the keris at the Hang Tuah stadium view, the A Famosa fort and a setanjak (Malay head gear) or even a durian! These are way better as tourists photo taking spots.
