Everything was fairly fine, just would want to comment a bit in terms of staff service~

First of all, the environment was good but it would be great if there is a staff in charge of the door. The door remains closed even though they are open, and there’s no one to assist you in providing tables or checking availability or updating you in terms of is there place to sit or not. For me this is important because if you are just waiting outside a closed door, who knows what’s happening inside? Are there available tables? We would need to walk in and ask, then walk out again (a button needs to be pressed to exit) and waiting without knowing how long do we have to wait.

Second, it would be easier to identify the staff if they are wearing same shirt/colour/apron. A staff approached me when I was inside and asked me how many people do we have, and I thought it was a customer because all the staff was wearing normal clothes (as in without a tag or even same colour as a uniform), so I thought she was a customer asking me questions for a second.

Food was okay. But for the mango cheesecake, the portion of the mango was more than the cheesecake itself so it felt like it was not worth the price (RM15+) although it tastes good.

But I feel a staff is really needed at the main door to control the crowd because the new customers will feel welcomed and have a good impression on the restaurant. I was in a state of confusion the whole time while waiting for tables. Hopefully things...

Terrible service. Quite literally the worst restaurants experience I have ever had. Extremely incompetent staff.

When waiting for a table, they refused to record names, hence no one knew where they were in the queue. They told us we had to wait for half an hour, eventho there were plenty of messy tables available that could seat people if they bothered to clean. QR online ordering system does not work, and when trying to get someone to manually order, only one out of three waiters know how to take order. Food came extremely slowly, it took 30 mins for the first dish to arrive, and 45 mins for the second dish - while im writing this review (1hr+ after ordering) I still have not been served any food Waiter delivered our order to the wrong table and did not inform us - we had to ask the kitchen ourselves to find out. After finding out the order was wrong, the waiter asked us (people who have been waiting for close to two hours) if we still wanted our food. Do hungry people still want their food..?

If you enjoy wasting your time and talking to incompetent idiots, this is the restaurant for you! If you want to roleplay being a waiter in a restaurant, this is a good place! Otherwise, just go somewhere else,...

You need no reason to drop by this cafe as everything will exceed your expectations, from their service to quality of food, and some thoughtful touch in between. We are a family of six who went for late lunch, we were served by a gentleman, very polite, friendly, and he gave us useful recommendations when we weren’t sure what to order. It is honestly rare to have such a great servant, I really want to give him our compliments. Food and drinks came not long after, and we were impressed! All of them taste perfectly tasty, one thing worth mentioning is that the food we ordered from special menu worth the try. I am sorry that I really cant remember the name of the dishes but the burger with coffee pork belly, honey garlic pork burger are awesome. Homemade “sticky rice with chicken” is a must try, we ordered extra two before we leave. We tried a couple different drink and they all tested great, especially their homemade orange beer, tasted like enzyme which i love the most. We really cant love it better. Thank you so much for making us memories, we cant wait to visit...

It could honestly deserve the name of "5 senses café". Sight: both ambiance and the presentation of any dish is so refined. Also, take a moment to appreciate the design of the menu: handmade and certified 100% cute. Let's also not forget the crockery... Lovely Smell: let yourself be seduced by the gentle yet not overpowering scent of the antique objects around you, before being enchanted by the many aromas of your dishes. Touch: Honestly, their cooling system is perfect for a hot sunny day. It leaves you with a nice natural breeze all around you without you noticing the fans running. Hearing: soft, calm, upbeat, jazzy background music to help you relax and enjoy your moment even more. And finally, Taste: all you have to do is go for it! I was particularly impressed by this Gui Hua hot coffee... I only drink coffee on very rare occasions and I have to admit that this coffee is one of the best I've ever tasted. Keep it in your mouth for a while to discover the richness and diversity of flavours. Thanks to the attentive and discreet staff

Local cafe, unfriendly service This is a local cafe that has been one of my go-to cafes for a few years. They kept the original internal architecture of a traditional nyonya house which is gives a very local Melaka ambience. Coffee: I ordered a “gui hua” latte. Overpriced in my opinion (more foam than the actual drink) but an interesting concept and it’s actually very nice. Service: I was curious and asked the waiterhow they incorporate a scent of a flower into a coffee drink. Instead, was given a unfriendly look and brushed off by the waiter with a simple answer. (She was literally wanting to walk away while I was asking the question). They charge MYR1.20 for a glass of warm water and we were not told before hand. I expect the water to be free in a cafe especially when I’ve ordered a coffee. Visit as a tourist/on special occasions. Won’t come back for coffee or food itself. Notes: 1. Very busy on weekends 2. They have their own parking 3. Drinks>Food
