It's horrible and terrible stay. 1)check in lobby is not inside the building it's from another place.very inconvenient. 2)actual house condition notvas published in the website. 3)no slippers,thin towels.barhroom floor towel only one.if requested for extra towel u need to pay rm20.no coffee or tea or Sugar sachets.hot flask to boil water is rusty.no plastic for laundry.no tissue. No bathrobe. Only two thin role of toilet paper. 4)no front desk if u call the given number for customer service u have to call bfore 12am after 12am if you have any issues no one able to help you.5) Waited more than 30min for lift to go down with luggage because the lift is operated in a way can only go all the way up to the top floor then only it will start bringing you down .no matter how u press to go to the lower level it won't work.6)the lift don't work so we have to take the staircase with luggages from level 8th.when reached ground floor the staircase door exit is locked .went go L1,locked too.went again L2,L3,Locked.imagine if there's fire.theres no safety in...

The security guard is so terrible and no manners to us !!!! I think he want to read and learn what is the rules of the hotel as well !!!! We paid for so expensive and get this such services !!!!! What the hell is it !!!

Second , the lift !!!! 31st floor to LG for our meal , there got 4 lifts ! But ! We waiting almost 30 minutes to get down !!!!!!!!!!! The end , we walk down from 31st to LG to check out using the stairssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can imagine this management only want to get the money from customer but never think how to services their customers!!!!! The pictures is shown so nice , but inside there is so terrible !!! Dear everyone, NEVER ever book premium suite with balcony, because the the balcony unit only located at 1st floor to 5th floor. Thus the balcony is a waste. Plus, it’s just next to construction site. The construction site is running all time even during weekend Saturday and Sunday! Thus it’s dusty and noisy… don’t waste your money on suite unit with any balcony, and it’s more expensive. Better book 2 bedded room without balcony and you may get high floor!

Summary: Next to construction site.. no view, dusty, noisy Low floor only for suite balcony. The suite is NOT a suite category. More...
