Worst stay ever! The only advantage is the room is spacious oh and the staffs at the cafe were friendly!
They should improve more on the cleanliness especially in the bathroom. The wall was full of stain and it smell bad.
FYI, I stayed on 3rd - 4th August at room 404.
Also in addition to that, what frustrated me the most was I left my shoes (which I recently bought and used it for the first time) in the room after checkout.
So I only realized it when I reached home and unpacked my stuff. Then I hurriedly call this hotel and told the receptionist about it and asked her to check it. So it was only like 5 mins and she called back saying that she didn’t found it. At that time, my husband answered it.
So I called the receptionist back to double check, and you know what? That lady was being so rude as she raised her voice to me saying that she already told my husband that the shoes was not there. Even though she was being so rude, I still explained to her my situation and where I left the shoes (because the shoes is not cheap and I only wear it once😭) but her response was absolutely blaming me on this matter.
Then after talking for a few mins and her respond was so hopeless, I asked her to give me her manager’s phone number. She hesitated at first because she said that her manager was not there😤
Okay after I managed to get the phone number, I hurriedly call the manager and you know what!! Her manager response was like she already know the whole story ! She straight away gave me the same reason as what the previous lady told!! Am I the only one who feels weird about this because the receptionist lady said that her manager was not there?
Then after I asked so many things, she said she’ll get back to me on the next day for any updates . But until now, nothing☹️
Well what I’m trying to say here is I was truly disappointed by the way they treated the customer who lost their things at their hotel as if the customer should be the one to be blamed just because they left it in the place they paid to stay.
I am a careless person (which I should improve to not be careless) but I never lost my stuff if I left at the hotel room even a phone cable ya 🙄

I hereby confirmed no one spoke to me about the renovation until we arrived at the Hotel.The arrangment of the 01 toilet and surau were only done on the spot. After much noise made. your staff then opened up 2 toilets to my 32 participants.The trainer even opened up her room toilet for us.....Vegetarian meal request was done since day one but reminders had to be given for such request.Don't you think you should deliver the service instead of waiting for the guest to remind you? If a guest had to request for everything...then...it is a request and not service rendered.
Thanks but no thanks...no more such substandard hotel experience and for sure I will not recommend you to anyone.
We were here for a teambuilding event on 20July 2024, arranged by my training provider.
Reservation Process. The booking of this venue waa chaos from start.No one seems to be intrested to communicate,we cannot obtain a confirmation of ADDITIONAL SERVICE request until I have to call HQ to get an answer.We paid RM145/pax with additional RM10/pax for breakfast as part of package.
Durinng the event : No drinking water bottle supplied in the training room No Surau was arranged for Muslims.The MUSLIM STAFF PRAYED IN THE HOTEL ROOM WHICH WAS ALSO A ROOM ASIGNED FO TOILET REPLACEMENT. NO PUBLIC TOILETS were arranged for a 32pax training event.Instead a unisex toilet was arranged in a hotel room with minimal toilet rolls was the initial plan for the teambuilding event. No initiative to even arranged seperate toilets for male and female until the trainer complaint.
I hope that the management reads about this. In all, what we paid was not valued for money .

Read moreWe truly felt in love with the place when we first arrive. Alright the decor of the premise does not scream of expensive ID like in other 5 star resort, we appreciate every minute detail done on making guests feel comfortable. From the moment we check in, we were so impressed with the service attitude of the staff mending the reception named Shima. She is a total sweetheart who accommodated to our needs as by the time we returned from our Genting Skyworlds trip, our luggage has been put into our room already.
We would also like to give a shout out to the hotel management for keeping the premise so clean, even the swimming pool area and mini playground are so well maintained too. As we entered our room, we were greeted by such a great smell . Even the towels smelled nice too. There were plenty of space in the room to keep your things well organised. Apart from that, the room also comes with a balcony, how awesome is that?! At night, you can even see Genting Highland Resort blazing with colourful lights from afar.
We totally recommend this resort to any travellers who appreciate the peace and quiet of nature due to the location of the resort being slightly further away from the busy main road. It's definitely no issue at all if you are driving your own vehicle as we would recommend you to do so. The road heading up to the resort is slightly steep. Also, the self service laundry in the same premise really comes in handy. We would have loved to extend our stay if our trip permits.
