I-City The Paradise Land x Merveille @ Shah Alam — Hotel in Shah Alam

Though it was a TRICK and having BAD service When I reached to check in, I though it was a trick ,I can't find out where are their building, Waze brought you to wrong entrance , Google map show up but there's no any signboard.And no one know this building, even we met a group they have the same problem ,it was 11pm already.

I just realize most of the reviews for this in agoda having bad experiences. MANY PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM TRUELLY BAD EXPERIENCE

Second , they don't have reception or send you any detail to collect key. It was helpless . Also, we can't get contact in our order from agoda , so called service line. They gave us host number, it was voice call After around 1hr, the line work, but bad service, he said he sent us many messages since very early, in fact I didn't get any from them.

LAST, they asked to pay deposit RM100 just to wasting time, bcos their comfusing system made us runing here and there, ask for help, and finally we met their staff and paid cash with deposit. Deposit just to face to face make sure you will check out before 12pm, or they can charge you extra. The end, we paid RM11 for parking fee, and we exchange key and money. Before check out, you need to keep calling bcos their line was extremely bad.

Parking lot make people so much confuse If you having the same problem, hope this...

Too expensive yet service is bad..with this price should give better service..example while we are having problem with the parking..they just ignore and come later to attend us..not...

Pertama sekali memang agak mengelirukan untuk datang ke sini. Host ada memberi video penerangan jalan untuk ke sini tetapi ia tidak berapa membantu sangat. Proses check in lebih kurang macam homestay sebab perlu tunggu wakil serahkan kunci dan kutip deposit. Parking perlu bayar ya ikut rate. Apartment cantik, kemas dan bersih. Kemudahan asas disediakan seperti sabun, shampoo, tuala mandi. Keseluruhan saya berpuas hati menginap di sini. Oh ya sogo hanya di seberang...
