好一家火锅 • Good Family Steamboat Puchong • Bandar Puteri — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Before going to the restaurant, my friend called the restaurant to make a booking at 8pm. However, the worker there said that there's no reservation needed.

When I reached the place, I was amazed by the settings and atmosphere of the restaurant. The space was big because it was a connection of two lots. We were arranged in a room that has tv with netflix. The sound insulation was super duper good too!

There's many food prepared for the hotpot. Everyone did order by phone. There's a lot of other ingredients like chili outside. I really recommend the 芋泥番薯球 as dessert. There's a set for 6 person which cause RM600+. However, we only spent RM300 for 7 person. All of us were as full as a goog.

The service was very nice too! The worker will come and ask you if the hotpot base if enough or not.

Another premium steamboat outlet hailed from Johore for more than 20 years. Premium pricing with premium and signature dishes is worth a visit here. Must try signatures:

5. Scallop meat paste (RM13)

Not-so-good(personnal preference):

1. QQ tofu

Soups are all well flavoured with no MSG added. Signature fish soup(FOC), tomyam soup, mala herbal soup are impressive but I prefer tomyam and mala more. The environment is modern, well lit, clean and efficient and attentive workers. If the air cond is colder it would be even better for spicy food lovers.

This place has exceptional customer service, thanks to its fantastic staff. Everyone is kind and helpful, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to the two young Chinese ladies at the counter. They go above and beyond to make regulars feel welcome, remembering individual orders and paying close attention to special requests. It's this personal touch that makes me keep coming back....
