Pros; Clean room and bathroom with new sheets, duvets, toilet, shower, etc. Parking was good (during school holiday) Customer service was okay (complaints addressed within 10 minutes). Aircon is COLD. View is nice. Wifi is amazing

Cons; Too small. 1 queen and 1 single in a family deluxe but no room whatsoever to put bags down. Not at all family-friendly as advertised. Rooms are so close together and sound insulation is a fail. Can hear people across the hall come in and out of their rooms, can hear someone else's alarm clock in the morning, can hear two staff talking in the hallway at midnight, etc. I'm not sure what happened but moving sounds from the floor above at midnight. Sounds as if moving furniture and tools. Lasted more than half an hour until i called them and it stopped 10 minutes after the call. Weird time to be moving/doing repairs. No table or chair so space is limited. Not great for...

overally is good for us that aim for budget hotel with good location and cleanness. room not big but it is clean. more suitable for supplier vendor or somebody who need it for temporary resting. price is worth. but not for. enjoying the facility. it just and simple and nice hotel. around the hotel with many restaurant until late night night. opposite got pasar malam totally no worry about that.
