The cashier/barista was very rude. Her name is Ijah Ismail. My friend ordered a butterscotch frappe without coffee, but wanted to change it to butterscotch milk right after. The cashier nodded, which made us think she understood the request but she ended up giving the wrong order anyway.
She was also looking at her phone instead of attending to customers, even though the cafe wasnāt busy at all.My friend had to call her just to get her attention because she was too focused on her phone. That already shows a lack of care and professionalism.
If you canāt make the change, just say so.Donāt nod your head if you donāt understand or canāt do it.Thatās misleading and irresponsible.
Also, the cookie was like a brick, hard and unpleasant to eat.
When people talk to you, listen carefully. Donāt just nod and then act like you canāt fulfil the request.Itās careless, and it ruins the customer experience.
And by the way, thereās no need to message my friend personally and say things like āyouāve never been to a cafe or had coffee before,ā or mockingly quote āthe customer is always right, but it depends on the situation.ā Thatās unprofessional and downright petty, especially when the cafe wasnāt even...

Nice ambience, atmosphere, air conditioned indoor & nice shaded al fresco area.
Coffee was really good. Surpassed my expectations.
Food was a big disappointment.
Ordered big breakfast, was a complete let down. Baked beans tasted like just reheated from can, cheap bread, mediocre small & short sausages (2pcs). Tiny 1 piece of store bought hash brown. Salad was ok, scrambled eggs was ok, I like mine a little more wet, but overall seasoned well, problem was the quantity too little. For almost rm24-25 before tax the price is really not worth it. As this price is almost comparable to big breakfast in KLās cafe, was quite disappointed.
But my biggest problem is the cashier. I noticed he did not hand out any receipt to customers, not even asking if we want it, mine included. I was sitting at the table in front of the cashier & i just observed him, even for people with larger group with bills almost rm100, he did not print out any receipts. Not sure if he knows but this is in violations with KPDNKK policy. Businesses must provide receipts even without customers asking.
Management would need to retrained...

The cafe's proactivity and approach to customer service is really commendable. Really recommend Amira to ensure the quality of your coffee as well! Refrain from ordering espresso here. Extremely sour to the point of unpalatable. Was almost charged 12.50 for a double espresso - single is RM6 and adding an extra shot is supposed to cost only RM2. Cashier confirmed it costs RM6 to get an extra shot when I questioned again. Only when I pointed to what's written on the menu and decided to change my order that I was given the right price. Aside from that, it's a really nice and cozy place...
