Jen Homestay — Hotel in Terengganu

Jen is a very pleasant lady who really thoroughly introduced us the property and also with all heart and enthusiasm introduced all the local highlights of Kuala Terrenganu and more. She also suggested us some restaurants which are really, really good. I had a friend (permanent resident) located in this very same building and this was pure luck that we picked Jen's place. Place is located very close to the Chinnese street and some local sights you can do on foot. I have a feeling that Kuala Terranganu is very friendly city and will come again just coz of that.||We were extremely satisfied with cleanliness of the room and common area. Internet was working superb and we also had a private bahroom that was very clean. Bed was of good quality and I had a good sleep. This was my second time I stayed with Jen's place. Now I saw another appartment and we also enjoyed our stay there. Place is very clean, provides also a great view over the Kuala Terangganu. We entered the place as instructed on owner's SMS. Later in the evening she also came to visit us and to give us a welcome gift which was very tasty Malaysian bread, pastry which we ate for our breakfast the next day. Place provides air-con, very good quality Wi-Fi, TV and hot shower. They take very good of this place and it might be that is better option than any hotel in KT. I also have located a friend n this very same building so there is nothing to think about when choosing where to stay. Very clean and well-decorated house. The building itself might be old but the house is very well-maintained. It's a house with 3 rooms and 3 toilets with a living room & balcony. The amenities is very complete and detailed, you need not worry about anything when you get into stay. The owner very thoughtful. You can find books, wifi in the house. Each room has own TV. They even prepare drinking water for the guest! Very wonderful thought. The house location very convenient as it just few minutes walk to china town and 5-10 mins to Pasar Payang. ||The house located at 14th floor that you could have the town view and it's very cool. ||I would rate 9.9 out of 10 for this homestay!
