Hotel KT Mutiara — Hotel in Terengganu

Good thing, the hotel located at the city center. The hotel provides free parking space, near banks and convenience store. The staff also very helpful. Location wise, its ok.

For the room, I can't say what you pay is what you get. After checked out from this hotel, I stay at another hotel with additional RM8 from what I paid here, I get super spacious room comes with free breakfast, mini fridge and iron.

This hotel room is really below my expectation since it has good rating. I had to perform prayer in front of the toilet because there is no space. I opened the curtain to see the view, what I saw is an empty office space, its very dark and creepy. The curtain has some stains on it, the ceiling has some gap. Kelebihan Dekat dengan bandar. Berhadapan dengan Maybank dan CIMB Bank. Boleh tembus ke Paya Bunga Square and LFS, Stadium, Hotel Arena Boutique, J Suites Hotel, Politeknik Kuala Terengganu, Bank Islam, Watsons, KFC, dan paling best dekat dengan Stesen Bas Bandar Kuala Terengganu! Semua tempat boleh access from here. Jumaat malam ada KT Walk and Pasar Malam dekat Pulau Warisan dan China Town. Dekat dengan kedai makan jugak. Ambil satu bilik dengan tiga katil. Bilik very spacious. Bathroom okei ada hot and cold shower Ada aircond, tv, hanger and almari. Sangat bersih and koridor luar bilik pun bersih. And ada lift too.

Kekurangan Iron tak disediakan. Cuma ada kat level satu. Itu pun kami kena turun from level 3 to level 1. Iron dah on tapi tkpanas langsung and baju dan tudung still kedut. Dah tanya kat kaunter dia cakap "semua bilik dah ambik iron cuma tkpulangkan lagi" Pagi tu shower air sangat slow gila. Sampai decided to iron baju and mandi kat my sister's house and took 15 minutes to go there. Parking terhad and somestimes kena park jauh dari hotel. Tv taksure menjadi ke tak sbb tkguna langsung. Plug ada 2 je and kat satu tempat sahaja.

Overall untuk hotel bajet and just for night okei lah. Kena banyak improvekan lagi. Paling paling pun letak iron satu bilik satu iron....
