After an extensive, comprehensive evaluation of the hotel, here is my all-embracing review. Nestling off the bustling main artery, the hotel presents an intriguing blend of tranquility and proximity - a feasible oasis in the city that never sleeps. Whisked away from the vying sounds and frenzied pace of the city, I was quite stirred by the subtle charm the location exuded. However, the first impression that the undersized lobby casts is reasonably disappointing. A scanty, compact 300 square feet area, serves as the reception to this behemoth of 30 plus rooms. The minute scale of the lobby conveys a sense of congestion and leaves you yearning for a breath of spaciousness. This confined area undoubtedly generates an air of claustrophobic discomfort. It's a flimsy prelude to the expanse that a 30-bedroom hotel should authentically represent.A walk through the confined corridors leads you to the rooms which, regrettably, also echo the narrative of limitation. As you move deeper into the quarters, the crimped dimensions unfold rather starkly. One can't help but consider the bathrooms as a mere afterthought. Suited to the needs of a minimalist, their size threatens to confine rather than accommodate. With showers that barely offer free movement, it's a restroom experience that is far from luxurious.Furthermore, the room size itself epitomizes compact living. The accommodations, restricted in their realm, leave scant room for sprawling comfort. However, it's worth mentioning that for lone travelers or those with a penchant for coziness, the small room size can be a unique allure. On a brighter note, this diamond in the rough does hold a surprising facet at its zenith. The roof of the hotel unfolds a panoramic view of the urban tapestry. Eyes meeting the skyline, skyscrapers standing tall like guard posts, and the city lights dancing to the beats of a never-ending nightlife, endow an unforgettable experience. Therefore, despite the hotel's petite dimensions and limited amenities, this aspect proves to be an intriguing silver lining. Thus, to encapsulate, the hotel encapsulates an interesting dichotomy - of limited space and extensive views. It's an experience that tests your penchant for comfort against your desire to be close to the city's arterial pulse.Undoubtedly, this hotel might not be the epitome of luxury, yet it offers elements that appeal to certain tastes while enhancing one's city stay with invaluable...

Booked room 2 months in advance. Called ahead of time to ask for parking situation and to let them know I would be doing a late check in. Called the day of to once again let them know I was checking in late, and they told me they'd make a note of it. I arrive the day of at 1030pm Friday, and my reservation is nowhere to be found. After showing confirmation number and receipt, they "find" my reservation. I am told to leave cars with valet, and I head to my room.
The rooms themselves are big and clean. Smart TV is also great. Wifi is spotty. Biggest issues is the big uncomfortable pillows and the lighting. The door and a side window let in tons of light from the hallway, making sleep difficult.
The worst was yet to come.
I try to check out at 3:30 am Sunday, and they lose my car key. For the next 8 HOURS, I am giving the run around about how or who lost the key. They ask me multiple times if I parked my car. No, the valet did. They ask if I switched rooms or moved car myself, I had not. Multiple staff asked the same questions, and I could tell they were stalling. Eventually, the "manager" came (around 10am) to check the cameras. Not before asking me the same questions over again, and asking if I just took keys from behind counter myself (huh?). She eventually confirms that the valet was last one with keys (duh) and calls a locksmith. While programing new key, they look inside car for key, and proceed to break my rear seat lift latch. During this time, another guest comes to desk to complain about them BREAKING her car key. Again they try to gaslight her, saying she might of done it or that they key was just old and broke itself.
I eventually got a new key and was able to leave at 12:30 PM Sunday!! Terrible service, unreliable staff,...
Read moreNever have I ever stayed in a hotel that's so unprofessional. The rooms were nice, ac working and clean. The wifi was not working and when we mentioned it to the receptionist she didn't seem to give it much importance. We were there for two nights and seems like we were not the only guest having issues with the wify, they never once apoligized or at least had the decency to update us on the issue. The nights were very noisy, the parking is not included so you have to pay separately. The terrace has very limited selection of food and drinks.
When we checked out we had to wait for the maid to go check our rooms. Than we were notified we had to pay for a towel that was dirty! I couldn't beleave it. The towel they use as a shower mat was wet and dirty and because of that reason they wanted us to pay for it. The towel had no stains, only water and dirt because I used it to wipe down the floor so I wouldn't slip after I showered, if the floors were clean in the first place the towel wouldn't be dirty just wet. They were trying to charge us 300 pesos for the towel, wgen I read their policies it said I was to pay 200 pesos so I told the receptionist and she said the policies had changed. I was ao upset I asked for the towel I supposedly "ruined" I actually took it home washed it and it was clean. I still cant beleave they treat their guest in such manner. Never going back there again!
Pictures of dirty towel, you judge...
