Hotel Plaza Hermosa — Hotel in Baja California

Never staying in this place even though there was a poster behind the door of my room where it says the check out time was from 12 md to 1pm i received a call at 12:15 saying i had 15 to get out of the room wich i went to the lobby to ask for 20 minutes because unfortunately i just woke up and i apologized but to my surprise the front desk boy said either you get out in 15 minutes or ill stay with your deposit and American passport (wich is illegal but they ask for it in addition to the deposit ) i said well theres a schedule in my room that says 1pm check out and he said 15 minutes thats it so i ask for the manager so he called to the other lobby and said "hey heres a dude that thinks hes the owner of the hotel wants to speak to the manager" and laugh right on my face ... and i said this dude has a name and for customer service you should be more respectful and refer as this customer or this sir or man so he then approached me behind the desk like he was about to punch me i just couldnt believe what was going on so i went to get my things as quick as i could and went i. The look for the manager and as i talk with him the other guy interrupted the conversation in an attacking manner so i said there you go experienced the attitude yourself well i got not even an apology o tho i got my passport because i threat to call the USA...

Great staff! Nice rooms that are upto date and top choice for overall value in TJ. The location is central and close to everything yet just a block toward the unknown{ { for lack of better wording }--at night it can seem a little shady but not a problem if you keep to yourself. }}Bonus too!!!the staff doesn't intrude or go into ur room like some other hotels have been known for. seeing i got in late on july 15th that even the room i had reserved just down the street they sent me to the hotel plaza hermosa.which was by far from hermosa.shotty little room with no window,and a tv with only a few channel and the zero,no a/c but a crappy little fan no glass for drinking from,an uncomfortable bed,so i went down to the original hotel the next day and was lucky to get a room for my last night,in tijuana......travelers please use this for your very last...
