Horrible experiance

Rather new house with simple furniture e.g. no proper dining table.

Very soft matraces which caused us back Problems.

Property next to the house is like a swamp with standing water and millions of mosquitos. Using the garden was no option at all.

The house is about ten minutes from the center. We had to walk through deep puddles of stinky, poluted water as all streets around the house were totally flooded.

We left after two nights, had prepaid for eight nights and the owners refused to give us any money back, although the casa was bookable on booking. Com again after we had left.

Beaches full of seaweed, garbage all over the island.

We went back to Tulum and had a great time there.

Very dissapointing experience and the house definetely not...

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet place! Spacious rooms decorated in boho style, the smallest detail chosen with care. You can feel like at home.|We traveled for over two weeks around the peninsula and this was one of the best places we slept!||Large room with spacious windows, balcony, large bed and equipped kitchen. Very large bathroom with a beautiful shower and space for clothes.|While on vacation, you don't need anything else.||Well, and on top of that, the host of Casa Sofia, is amazing helpful person. He answered all our question, gave super advice, helped with everything. He created a wonderful atmosphere...

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at casa Sofia. The place is very clean and looked after. We had a fridge and coffee maker with a package of coffee left after housekeeping to make every morning. The location is great, walking distance to everything and in a quiet area in the evenings. There’s small stores very close to buy water/snacks/drinks etc. Luis was very attentive and welcoming, would definitely stay again!

P.S if you’re a cat lover you MUST stay here. Michi (the hotel cat) is so cute and always around outside...
