Disappointing visit. We asked if a dish had no meat 3 times as we are vegetarian. It did not list meat on the menu and the server confirmed it to have no meat. It came out scattered in Turkey meat, we sent it back and explained further we are veggie and do not eat meat. It came back out after around 10 minutes with the meat removed from the top but still present at the bottom. This is really shocking to see after confirming so many times that the dish did not include meat and that we are vegetarian. No apology from the staff about this lack of care with dietary requirements and we simply asked were “well, what would you like then?” Would not recommend this place for fellow vegetarians. This place is a tourist trap, only propped up by tourists giving it positive reviews. My fruit plate had two fruits- neither of which were tasty nor tropical (the waitress told me the fruit vendor never arrived- really? In Mexico, the fruit vendor never arrived?????). If you want milk with your free coffee, you have to pay extra. The food arrived cold. They dress down the "authentic" Mexican breakfasts for tourists- i.e. a plastic wrapped pre-made croissant with Mexican eggs instead of tortillas. The juice tastes packaged as well. Don't bother. Che posto terrificante! Se potessi dare zero stelle, lo farei. La nostra esperienza in questo ristorante è stata un disastro totale. Eravamo affamati e stanchi, e bagnati dalla pioggia e abbiamo scelto questo posto sperando di trovare un semplice hamburger e un po' D’ACQUA. Abbiamo passato del tempo a consultare il menù e al momento dell’ ordinazione abbiamo scoperto che gli hamburger non erano disponibili e nessuno ce lo aveva comunicato. (quale ristorante che fa prevalentemente hamburger non ti dice che gli hamburger non ci sono quel giorno). Ci siamo visti costretti a ordinare in fretta altro. Alla fine, abbiamo anche scoperto che non c'era NEANCHE L’ACQUA, e quando abbiamo cercato di annullare l'ordine per ovvi motivi, ci è stato detto che non era possibile. Abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il proprietario, che ci ha detto che non avrebbe potuto fare nulla per noi, a meno che non avessimo avuto problemi con il cibo. E i problemi sono arrivati puntuali. I piatti erano davvero disgustosi. Il mio club sandwich aveva del pollo che sapeva di piedi, sembrava essere stato preparato giorni prima in pentole sporche. Gli altri piatti erano altrettanto deludenti (il pollo era rossa, ma era fritto quindi nascondeva bene i sapori) e le patatine FRITTE erano immangiabili. Quando abbiamo espresso il nostro malcontento sia alla cameriera che al proprietario, ci hanno detto che non potevano fare niente , quindi mentendoci in quanto prima ci avevano detto che avrebbero potuto farci uno sconto solo nel caso in cui il nostro cibo fosse stato deludente. In sintesi, abbiamo pagato una fortuna per un servizio pessimo e un cibo di qualità discutibile, con la preoccupazione aggiuntiva di un'intossicazione alimentare. Evitate questo posto a...
