Was super disappointed in my experience I received especially after reading the reviews . When I walked in , the staff just acted like they were upset a customer walked in. As soon as I sat down the waiter comes over and ask immediately if I want a drink. I haven’t been before so i told him one moment , and he threw up his hands and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. Once he came back I ordered three tacos . So disgusting. They all tasted the same and so oily barely inedible. While I was eating I notice everyone except my waiter kept running there face, digging in their nose and didn’t wash hands. Even one of the men cooking kept wiping his face and cooking and eating meat with bare hands. So disgusting . If you’re looking for a hygienic and clean place this isn’t it ! I had to get up to pay my bill. I am a huge tipper and I love to do it when I receive great service but no one deserved that here today . Not a great start to my first...

TO BE AVOIDED. In the past week we had many tacos in so many different places between Valladolid and Merida, from streets vendors to restaurants and this was by far the worst. My partner had two meat ones and he couldn't rate them lower, but that wasn't the worst part. I had two marked on the menu as vegan. The mushroom one was just ok, edible at least. I couldn't even finish the first bite of the other one (the first vegan on the menu) because it strongly tasted of meat!! I called the waiter explaining that something must have gone wrong in preparing it this time and he said that they cook everything together on the same grill !!! I have explained that's not acceptable, in particular because they have a vegan section on the menu - and he couldn't care less! So unfortunate. We were looking forward to trying this place, but it was a big overall disappointment. The service was met with a scowl, and the food was below average. I very very rarely right bad reviews, but am confused by so many good ones. Maybe it was a bad day, but it was very bad! You can look past the grumpy server if the food is good. I ordered one of each of the vego ones. Two were passable but the mushroom one was really bad. My husband will eat anything and so I gave it to him. One bit and he was repulsed.
