fes hostel home — Hotel in Fez

The location is quite difficult to find 😅 on booking it's called "Riad Fez Hostel" and on the sign outside it's called "Fez Hostel" (red sign). After asking some locals, they helped me find it. I take a left before the restaurant l'horloge into the colourful art streets. It is a hostel, but without bunk beds, which is wonderful ✨️The matras are sturdy and the blankets thic and heavy, which I enjoy. There is a market with fresh produce close by, beautiful streets and buildings. There is indeed barely any tp in the bathrooms, but as in most countries I've travelled to, water is always available next...

It was good for its price. The manager Khalid was a very kind and helpful person. Any questions or needs are directly answered in a kind manner. Personally we were brought from the taxi spot and back in the middle of the night (12pm&3am) for our flights by the manager Khalid, Which we are very thankful for as we were travelling women only.

The only bad thing would be a bit nicer if it was a bit more clean especially the shower.

Little tip The best room is the upstairs where it's close by...

The hostel/hotel is a great stay for both couple travellers, solo travellers and pair travelling like myself and my brother. There is a very nice terrace that has both shade and sun. Is a small kitchen that is also available! Big shout out to Yassir, one of people who work there. Such a helpful guy, made sure we had everything etc. There was also a lovely lady who also worked there who gave us free freshly squeezed orange juice, however I can’t remember her name! Overall...
