We went to the restaurant in May 2024. It was recommended by the hotel reception. Upon arrival, we were attended to by a waiter who gave us confusing information. Shortly after, another waiter arrived and took our order, which the first waiter seemed not to have noted.

After a few minutes, a third waiter arrived and took the order again, explaining that they would have to remake it. Not long after, the fourth waiter arrived, and finally, they got it right.

After an hour of waiting, a very simple salad and a cold soup arrived. The restaurant was almost empty, but the waiter claimed the kitchen was busy. The drinks were incorrect, and we had to explain everything again.

When the main course arrived was not the plate that we asked for. They said it was a kitchen mistake. They left the wrong dish as a courtesy and soon brought the correct. The table had several glasses of drinks we didn't order, dishes we didn't order, and finally, the requested dish.

The food is very ordinary, tasteless, usually at room temperature or cold.

The price is not cheap. We spent the equivalent of 200 MAD per person. For 180 MAD, we ate at Fondouk Bazaar, which was an excellent experience. For 250 MAD per person, we ate at Fes Cafe, which was...

As soon as you enter into the Cafe Peroki you are transported into a stunning oasis with colourful authentic decor and great atmosphere. As you work your way up the stairs each floor has a different feel and vibe to suit your needs be it lounging on sofas or sitting at a table. Finally you will make your way up to the stunning rooftop terrace and you are welcomed by one of the finest views in Fes. Sitting here you could easily spend many hours with your friends or be equally happy sitting alone as you sip on their mint tea. I would fully recommend the menu deal they have on offer which includes a very tasty fresh salad, a tagine of your choice I choose the vegetable one and a dessert - i would recommend their lovely fruit salad to finish off your meal, the fruit is lovely and fresh. The staff are very welcoming indeed and their good nature will soon rub off on you as you find some welcome rest from the busy streets of the medina. They always have great Morrocan music playing and this helps in creating a great atmosphere for you. You will be sure to come back again and again and you will always be remembered by the kind the nature of the staff. This place...

NO. 4.7? Histerical. Plus points first. We got a beer. Kids thought spag bol was edible but gave it 6/10. Our falafel salad - veg was tasty. The falafel was like cardboard. The hummus was runny. Atmosphere zero, even chilly. The place is dirty. You have a choice. Eat somewhere else.

Le Peroke cafe. Thanks for your reply. Though a little too defensive. Take it on the chin. I love the fact you begin by suggesting I am neither genuine, credible, and honest. Have a look at my other reviews. More honest, genuine and credible than how you manged to get 4.7 on Google maps! Clean up and serve better food. We had 2 hungry children. So once we were handed the tattered menus perhaps we should have just run off. However, we decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and trust to the 4.7 you have on google. We did tell the chap on the door it was awful as we left. I don't as a rule leave negative reviews. I have made an exception...

This was some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, (on a nice rooftop terrace) and I’m from a family of cooks! I had the set dinner. I recommend the: “five Moraccan salads” as the starter. It was extraordinary. Very nice servings of five different super tasty salads. One was roasted eggplant, almost like a dip (bread served with it) excellent spices. The other four were all GREAT! Main course: Beef Tagine had perfect spices, cardamom, cinnamon, tender beef, great variety of veggies. We had the “diamond” desert, extraordinary. Our waiter was Mounaim. He was absolutely fabulous. Could not have a better server, truly 100% service. Our bill was approximately $20 US including our drinks. Highest recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came here on the 31st of Januari, after searching online for a place that has good food, is vegan friendly and has a nice rooftop and Pèroké had all three things. We were not disappointed. It was the best food we have had in Fes so far. Make sure you come with an empty stomach since they serve big portion sizes. As a starter we had 7 Moroccan salades that were delicious. The cook made a special main and a dessert for me, since I am vegan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice talk with Yassir, the owner of the restaurant. He gave us a history lesson on Morocco and Fes and lots of recommendations to see in the area. Highly recommend this place!

Best food we’ve had in Morocco. I was surprised that more people weren’t there when we went - because it is rocking. We’ve been here for a couple weeks, and this is hands down the best. The only food we’ve had this good was at a cooking class. We have eaten there twice now, and have had the camel tagine, lamb and vege tagine, and the sardine ball tagine. We also had the 6 Moroccan salads. All fantastic. We are planning on coming back for a cooking class. As far as setting, the rooftop is really charming. If it’s windy, you can sit in a more sheltered area. Both are beautiful. The waiters, owner and chef are all super friendly. Would highly recommend.
