A Unique Experience at the Riad Thanks to Hafsa and Amin
Our recent stay at this enchanting Riad was made exceptionally memorable thanks to two extraordinary individuals: Hafsa and Amin. Their dedication and unique qualities enriched every moment spent here, transforming it into an unparalleled experience.
Hafsa brought a radiant light to our experience, with her innate kindness and feminine grace that wrapped the Riad in a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Her attention to guests, especially women, created a safe and comfortable environment, showcasing her commitment to offering thoughtful and caring hospitality. Her excellent command of languages facilitated smooth and personalized communication, making every interaction a delight. Hafsa made every conversation not just an exchange of words but a true cultural exchange, enriching our experience in the Riad with warmth and understanding.
Amin, with his reliability and protective spirit, contributed to creating a sense of security that permeated our stay, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Riad. His constant, yet never intrusive presence ensured that every need was met with discretion and efficiency, making us feel truly at home.
The combination of Hafsa and Amin's qualities turned our experience at the Riad from a simple stay into an unforgettable memory. Hafsa, with her ability to bridge different cultures through her language skills, and Amin, with his ongoing attention to our safety and well-being, both demonstrated a passion and dedication for hospitality that goes beyond the conventional.
We want to express our deep gratitude for not only making our stay comfortable but also rich in human warmth and personal attention. Their commitment to creating an atmosphere that exceeds expectations has left a lasting impression on our hearts.

Read moreCourtyard: the only positive i can think of is the renovation of the courtyard, pool looks a lot bigger in photos tho.
Room/comfortable Sleep:1/5 the room are small and not very clean( hair on shower wall), but nicely decorated. I didn’t get any good nights sleeps because all the blue lights from the courtyard and TV, curtains is very thin and windows are not soundproof at all. Also other guests we travelled with complaints about a lot of noises after 3am in the courtyard which the “hotel” staff did nothing about.
Service:0/5 Most Moroccan people we came across in our 7 days in Morocco are friendly and helpful. But not some of staffs in this Riad. They kept saying “yes” without confirming the details and understanding questions. Even we validated multiple times when we booked, they informed us last minutes that they double book our Hammam & Massage. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and book a second time around the time we check-out. When we were asking about late check-out before the massage , this woman Rokaya yet again say “yes” without understanding the question. When I ask for clarification, she made snarky comments and made fun of me being frustrated. She seems to enjoyed making customers angry and caused emotional pains to others. She also try to put a wedge between my husband and I, which is juvenile and laughable. Research shows that there’s a small % of the population lack the ability to empathize and enjoy causing emotional pains to others, and skill at manipulation. I guess i should not be surprised that I came across one in Morocco. Anyhow, after this “interesting” experience , we had a lovely Hammam and massage at Riad Hamdane 1-2 mins walk away. We had a lovely experience there, people there are very nice and would recommend to go...
Read moreDuring my recent visit to Marrakesh for work, I had the opportunity to stay at Riad Challa located on Rue El Moustachfa. I must say that my experience was quite delightful.
The staff at Riad Challa were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality added an extra touch of warmth and made me feel welcome throughout my time there.
One of the standout features of Riad Challa was the cleanliness of the rooms. It was evident that great care was taken to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for relaxation after a busy day.
The location of Riad Challa in the old medina of Marrakesh is another highlight. Being situated in the heart of the medina allowed me to easily explore the vibrant streets, immerse myself in the local culture, and visit the nearby attractions with great convenience.
While my stay at Riad Challa was primarily work-related, I couldn't help but notice the charm and ambiance of the riad itself. The traditional Moroccan architecture and decor added a touch of authenticity to the experience, creating a sense of tranquility and a connection to the rich heritage of Marrakesh.
Overall, I highly recommend Riad Challa to those seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the old medina of Marrakesh. With its friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location, it offers a delightful experience for both business and leisure...
