Little Mamma Marrakech — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

Had a great experience the 1st time we went and gave a 5star rating...returned a couple of days later and what a difference...dirty table not cleaned, waited so long to order that we were just about to leave, then didn't get drinks until we asked again.. food arrived quite quickly, but on eating the pizza I found the mozzarella was still frozen...returned to kitchen and decided on a standard margarita which arrived quite quickly, but no apology or explanation...the lady on the till tried to charge me for the original pizza and was actually quite rude, scewing up the receipt and throwing it, slamming my change in my hand and muttering to the waiters...I tried to explain to her the risks of serving uncooked or frozen food, but she wasnt interested in the least and ignored me and did not converse once with me...such a shame as previous visit was great... will not...

This restaurant is the worse I've ever been to so far. Little Mama Marrakech. The manager was so rude, so mannerless. We got some drinks from a grocery store next to them (Ouelmes mojito) while waiting for our food. The manager didn't let us have our food or the drinks. He forbade it and said that the drinks should be put away in their refrigerator, and we're only allowed to take them when leaving. Which is something illegal; there's no such thing in restaurants law and regulations in Morocco. It's only part of their own regulations. Which is crazy and unacceptable. He even threatened to call the police when we wanted to leave without paying the food we ordered and never touched. It's such a shame because I've been to the restaurant before in Casablanca, and it was a beautiful experience, and I faced no such issue. And never faced it in any...

The food here is a bit of a mixed bag, but I’m here for it! Some pizzas are out-of-this-world amazing, but my pepperoni one felt like it was still in the oven. I’ve had their lasagna before and it was top-tier, but this time? It tasted like the frozen kind you microwave at home. The penne came cold, but shoutout to the chicken—it was legit delicious! The tiramisu was really good, but seriously, it was tiny—I’ve got a sweet tooth here! 😅

But WAIT, the real star of the show? The STAFF! They sang “Happy Birthday” for my friend with so much energy, I almost thought we were at a concert! Vibes were chef's kiss.
