Estafa total.

Total rip-off. A horrible experience. We arrived at 12:00pm, and they didn't give us our rooms until 18:00pm, and the rooms were half-cleaned. We went on New Year's Eve, the rooms were extremely hot, the air conditioning didn't work in any of the 3 rooms. I can't imagine what it must be in summer. There is also no hairdryer. The shower didn't work properly in any of the rooms. We travelled as a family with my elderly parents and my 4-year-old niece. After paying €250 per room per night with breakfast and New Year's Eve dinner, when we got at the hotel, although the hotel has confirmed us that the special dinner was included in the price, when we arrived, the staff asked us for €100 extra cost per person for the New Year's Eve dinner. As we refused to pay more, the manager threw us out of the hotel in a very rude manner. Since we were not sure that they would return our money and it was 6pm on New Year's Eve, we stayed overnight. They made us have dinner in the service room. They refused to give us a complaint form and the manager gave us the name of the bellboy instead of his own name when we asked to complain about the bad manners he had towards us. In addition to this, it is a hotel very far from the city centre, outdated, with very old and neglected furniture and infrastructure, as I say, the showers did not work properly, the air conditioning did not work at all, the hairdryer had been removed from the rooms, the swings were in ruins... The manners of the 'manager' are totally unacceptable. You can find any other hotel closer to the centre, with better infrastructure and maintenance and at a better price...

Upon arrival, we were given rooms that were not connected—even though we had clearly requested connecting rooms in advance. After several frustrating conversations, we were finally moved. In the new room, basic amenities were missing: no working phone line, no kettle, no iron. Even getting tea cups and water bottles was a struggle. After repeated requests, we were rudely told to come down to the reception ourselves to collect them—as if providing basic items to the room was too much to ask from a 4-star hotel. Later that day, we returned to our room and were completely shocked to find a large lizard inside, along with visible droppings. This was absolutely unacceptable. One of my friends became so distressed that her blood pressure spiked—we had a very rough and sleepless night. The service has been unhelpful and indifferent, and the standards of cleanliness and hospitality are far below what you’d expect from a hotel that claims to be four-star. I’ve attached photos of the lizard and droppings for reference. Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this...

This hotel is beautiful and perfect location! I wasn't expecting the best given some of the mixed reviews I read online but honestly, I loved my stay here. Stayed here a week ago for 6 nights. Breakfast was included. Breakfast consisted of a buffet with various, fruits, bread, an omelet station, meats, and self-serve coffee and juice. We rented a Bungalow which had one queen bed and two sofa twin beds. We did have an issue with our first room. No remote, or phone, the downstairs bathroom had an awful smell, and no blankets. They ended up switching us to another room which was much much better and cozy! Located directly in front of the pool and garden access. They had various ping pong tables, pool tables, a spa, and a fitness center. They had 2 lounge rooms and always had music playing out by the pool. The location was perfect for us. Perfect walking distance to Menara Mall, Souk's, and various museums. Overall, we would stay at this resort again. All the employees were super friendly and efficient...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kennedy Hospitality Resort in Marrakesh, and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience. The hotel's serene pool area was a highlight, providing a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The tranquility of the poolside was unmatched, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in process. Their warm hospitality set the tone for a delightful stay. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, nestled in the prestigious Hivernage district and close to many of Marrakesh's main attractions. Overall, Kennedy Hospitality Resort offers a peaceful retreat with excellent amenities and superb service.
