We had a wonderful stay at Riad Babnour in Marrakesh! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel completely at home. The hospitality was outstanding — everyone, from reception to the cleaning staff, was 100% friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. You can really feel the personal touch in everything they do.
The breakfast was amazing, fresh and beautifully presented every morning — with homemade yogurt, local bread, jams, and fresh juice. A perfect start to the day! The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the riad itself has a peaceful, authentic charm right in the heart of the Medina.
What stood out most was how caring and attentive the staff were — always smiling and ready to help with directions, recommendations, or just a friendly chat. Many other guests mentioned the same feeling, and we completely agree: it’s the people here that make this place special.
If you’re looking for a stay that combines comfort, authenticity, and true Moroccan warmth, Riad Babnour is a fantastic choice. We’d happily come back again — highly...
Read moreThe most wonderful Riad in Marrakech! Do yourself a favour and stay at Riad Bab Nour. Zak and Husain were the most amazing hosts. They looked after us from the moment we arrived, we had mint tea and biscuits and a tour of the Riad. It was my birthday and they organised flowers for me- which made me so happy. Our room was immaculately clean and made up everyday with folded swan towels. Breakfast was delicious with amazing coffee. We stayed in Suite Kasbah and had the most lovely views and nice sized room, the bed was really comfy. The location is a 10/10- exactly where you want to be, very close to the square but still hidden away enough down an alley to find peace away from the hustle- the alley is very clean and the Riad is easy to find. 2 swimming pools and a massage room with Hamam room. Please make Riad Bab Nour your choice of Riad as they will make you feel so welcome- we miss you all already, Zak and Husain, thanks for all your hard...
Read moreWe had a great experience at the riad. The staff was exceptionally friendly, from the moment we arrived until we left. Unfortunately, we had to depart very early (3 AM), so we didn’t get to try the breakfast. The rooms weren’t particularly large, but they were comfortable enough. The riad itself was beautiful and well-maintained. We booked a massage service, which felt a bit pricey for what we got. We were expecting a spa, but it turned out to be a quick, standard massage. That didn’t bother us too much, though. Overall, the experience was very positive and better than another riad we stayed at in the area.
We also used the transfer service, which was excellent—punctual and well-organized. The receptionist, Azis, was very helpful, walking us to the car and assisting with our bags. He even helped us with our boarding passes. A very...
