Riad Salman — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

Do not, under any circumstances, stay at this hotel.

My friend and I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Riad Salman, and I feel obligated to warn others.

On our first night, we left our belongings in the room and went out for dinner. When we returned, we discovered that someone had entered our room without our permission, and cash was missing. To clarify, we did not request room service or any staff access, making this a blatant breach of privacy and security.

Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. Abdul, one of the hotel managers, repeatedly claimed that this was the first time such an incident had occurred. However, after checking reviews, it became evident that similar thefts had happened to other guests before.

To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, management accused me of taking the money, which was both insulting and unprofessional.

The situation escalated when Abdul screamed at my friend in the lobby, treating her in an aggressive and deeply disrespectful manner. As two women traveling alone, we felt genuinely unsafe. Thankfully, the doorman intervened and tried to de-escalate the situation.

When we checked out, the hotel canceled our reservation through Booking.com, preventing us from leaving a review there.

On top of everything, the rooms were dark and cramped. Construction was taking place right outside our bathroom window, and during one shower, I was horrified to see a man standing in front of our window. It was beyond terrifying.

In summary, this hotel may seem budget-friendly, but the price we paid—financially, emotionally, and in lost peace of mind was far too high. Do yourself a favor and...

Paula & Gino We were fortunade enough to stay a week un this beautiful Riad in the beautiful city of Marrakech. For all the people Who are doubting to book this Riad.. stop thinking and book! The Riad is very clean, It smells amazing and the people Who work there are very kind. Every morning they prepare the most delicious breakfast. The terrace is a very nice place to cool down during the night with great views. We had a few problems with the bank and they only gave us solutions and were nothing but very helpfull and kind. The pool is Deep and cool and when you enter the Riad after a Hot day outside the temperature difference is so Big you forget you are in the dessert. Not to mention the small details like the calm music in the Riad, the real conversations with the good people working there and the beautiful details that the Riad has. We recently stayed at Riad Salman and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room exceeded my expectations—clean, spacious, and with a stunning view over the pool.

The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the rooftop atmosphere, which were well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. I also appreciated the central location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Every request I had was handled promptly and with a smile.
