Place was good but food was beyond worst, two issues occured, I found mint particles on my peach tea, for that they said , they didn't wash the utensils which was used to prepare my tea which was used to prepare mint drink before (but Idk how would they answer if someone was allergic to mint?) Grilled chicken was worst tasting my husband had stomach flu right after Masala cola seemed to have 3 spoons if masala (was too much) Regular water had a very bad smell and had an odd taste which is alarming issue I had also had veg momo and instantly knew they either steamed it together with non veg or used same tong or something to serve.. additionally I found nails idk if it was achar or momo but I found nails which was so gross!!( I was so frustrated and I threw the nail I mean who would keep it right but I could not just say this to them in person, but I believe everyone else should know this, 4 items ordered even regular water had an issue) And food is overly over priced I don't even want to begin on this!!
Edited It was buffalo wings not grilled chicken bill is attached for your reference anyways my bad on that but please nobody insisted on having "sealed mineral water" they said oh ok and brought the regular water... also why are you serving contaminated water just because someone is not ready to buy whole bottle we didn't want to have whole bottle of water because eventually we wanted to order a drink which unfortunately had particles due to your hygiene and safety carelessness... Btw care to answer what about the nail I found on your momo????? Stop being so childish work on your feedbacks if you want your business to grow...
Read moreI recently visited this resturant for lunch with my brother, and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. We ordered two Thakali sets and one grilled fish. Regrettably, the grilled fish was not fresh, and the Thakali sets were disappointing in terms of taste and quality.
While the waitstaff were courteous and attentive, the experience was marred by the behavior of the cashier. After a bill total of ₹2035, we paid ₹2000 and were informed that ₹35 was a discount. However, when we asked for the discount, the cashier was rude and unprofessional. She insisted that she couldn’t void the bill and refused to process the discount, which was quite frustrating, especially considering that I work in the travel industry and am familiar with the process of voiding and reissuing transactions.

Read moreI had a terrible experience with this hotel’s food. I ordered a veg thakali Khana set with paneer , but they delivered a Mushroom Khana set instead, which was smelly and clearly spoiled. On top of that, the burger I ordered had lots of ants in the bun—absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!
I immediately contacted the management, sent them a video as proof, and requested a refund or at least an exchange. However, they refused to take any responsibility and didn’t offer a refund or replacement. This shows a complete lack of customer care and poor hygiene standards.
I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place until they fix these serious issues.
The girl on reception was rude on the call and said she couldnt do anything about it. However, manager asked us about a video proof, which i sent him in whatsapp and he refunded the money...
