ChiyaBhatti Cafe — Restaurant in Bhaktapur Municipality

I’m very upset with the service I received at this café. One of the staff told me that I need to order food and drinks worth ₹1000 per hour, which is not fair at all. I came alone, ordered food and a beverage, and after some time, the staff gave me the bill and told me I could stay only for 45 minutes. I asked why, as I had no plan to leave. She asked me again if I wanted to order anything else. I paid the bill and ordered a masala tea. Then a supervisor came and told me I could stay only if I ordered items worth ₹1000 in one hour. I explained that I was already ordering, but he said many other people were coming, which is not my concern.he said that you can canceled your order .how he can said to me like that .im guest I’m paying money. As a hospitality student who has worked in 5-star hotels, I know how guests should be treated. Dear Owner of the Chya Bhatti and all the team. I really dislike your ways of presenting to the customer. We did not been there because we want cheap food. We want there to enjoy food and make our visit more memorable but despite of just lovely view ended with very bad experience and have to shift to another restaurant "Himalayan Java Coffee" for drinks, food and good behavior from staff "please be professional including your staff . A great spot for every meal of the day, and for drinks after dinner (we kept coming back to this place). The location is wonderful, with a stunning view of Bhaktapur's main square and the Nyatapola temple. The owner is a very kind, hard working man, who is really passionate about his work.
