I was there with my two kids and spouse for dinner on 11\10\2021. Place has traditional theme. Cozy. But some construction going on. Food quality, taste and price is reasonable. Big turndown is service. Even water was not served upon seated down on table. Upon asking water served but without glass. Upon asking for glasses only 2 glasses served for 4 person. Cold drinks served without glassses and without straw.Food order served on out table one by one so one has to eat and other 3 are just watching. It seems there is some issue in kitchen. I felt like I'm eating in a hop in and hop out caferia instead of family dinner out. They really need to learn some professionalism if they want to prove themself a restaurant instead of a cafeteria. Price of chicken pizza mentioned on menu was Rs 350 but tried to charge Rs. 400 with pointless excuses. They have big USP of serving waffle but not of use unless service...

Today, we ordered Mustang aalu and chicken nuggets, but the staff said the chef only arrives at 10. So, we ordered breakfast items (it was nearly 9am). And the staff confirmed they can take order for bread basket and sauted potatoes. Potatoes quantity and taste wise too bad. And they literally served 3 slices of bread in a plate as BREAD BASKET. bread not even freshly baked. Literally store bought bread with butter (they say, we couldn't taste) not even toasted. We asked the staff if it was really what the menu meant by BREAD BASKET 🧺 and he said yes.

If there were an option for negative stars, this place would’ve earned it effortlessly. The food here is downright pathetic, and don’t even get me started on the portion sizes—you get barely half of what you pay for. We ordered the waffles and pot fries, and both were disasters in taste and quantity. The so-called “pot cheese fries” should honestly be renamed “oil-drenched disappointment.” There was more oil than actual fries. As for the waffles—disgusting. They had such a strong eggy smell it was honestly nauseating. I’ve had better waffles made at home. Overall, this was such a disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Total...
