Boudhanath Guest House — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

In November 2017. Me and my family going to pligrem tour in Nepal and we booked boudhanath guest house for three days.when we arrived in that hotel the rooms are in very bad condition. On that day we stay there. But next morning I talk to manager for water/ lock of bathroom/curtains/ clean /bed sheets and TV.. I request to that manager for several times and after lots of my request they didn't take any steps and at the Iast once again I m go to request to that manager. A black Tibetan lady she have no manner to talk. She directly said that if you don't want to stay.. You can go now.. Than I said that why we going from here we booked here for three days.. And that lady directly said if you don't go from here we throw up your all luggage and all staffs.. We all are shock. That bad lady no manner to talk..and finally we decided that OK so we are check out from your hotel but you have to refund us. Otherwise we call the police.. And that lady said that we can't return your money..you can call anyone. And police are in my pocket. She fight us for around 20 minutes.. And than lastly my family told me.. It's OK.. We have to check out from here.. I Said why? what about our money?? And father told that it's OK.we are came here for pligrem not for fighting common Lets go.. And I think my father is right.. At last we check out from that very very very bad and Worse hotel.i never seen in my whole life. Please never stay in that third class hotel.. Here is some pictures of that hotel. Very friendly staff and good, budget food services. Went out of their way to answer our requests.
