We visited this restaurant in Bouddha around 7 in the evening. The place was quite busy, and we were asked to wait for a table. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we finally got a table and ordered two plates of Thulo Momo.

Then we had a very disappointing experience. We waited for over 45 minutes after placing our order, but our food never arrived. During that time, we noticed that other customers who came after us were being served. We politely asked the waiter several times about our order, but most of the time he simply ignored our questions and did not bother to respond.

After 45 minutes of waiting with no communication or apology, we decided to leave. When we went to the counter to express our concern, the person there also ignored us, which was extremely frustrating.

I completely understand that the restaurant was busy and that delays can happen, but what made this experience unacceptable was the lack of basic communication and courtesy. A simple explanation or apology would have made a big difference. For such well-known restaurant like Thulo Momo, this level of ignorance toward customers is very disappointing.

I hope the management looks into this and improves their customer service, because no matter how good the food might be, respect and communication are what keep customers coming back.

Note: I have given 1 star also for the food which might be wrong but I couldn't taste as my order never arrived. But after such service, even if my food had arrived, I wouldn't...

I recently visited Thulo Momo in Boudha with my mom and sister. The restaurant had a welcoming ambiance, and we were excited to try their offerings. We ordered Keema Noodles, Pork Thulo Momo, and Chicken Momo.

The Keema Noodles were flavorful but slightly on the salty side. However, the presentation and the accompanying materials, such as condiments and cutlery, were well-arranged, adding to the dining experience. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Pork Thulo Momo. It was bursting with juicy flavors, perfectly cooked, and left a lasting impression. It is easily the best item we tried and something I would highly recommend to others.

Unfortunately, the Chicken Momo fell short of expectations. It lacked the distinctive taste and texture that would have made it stand out. It felt underwhelming compared to the pork option.

Additionally, while the jhol achar and tamatar achar were decent, they could benefit from more refinement in flavor. Enhancing these accompaniments would elevate the overall experience, as they play a crucial role in complementing the momos.

Overall, Thulo Momo has great potential with its standout dishes like the Pork Momo, but a few improvements could make it...

Went there only once and I am teeling you that I will never visit this place again. I do not recommend anyone. The food took at least 40 minutes to be ready when the waitress told me a different story about the wait time. Was waiting for my food, the owner comes to ask me to move, I told him was waiting for my order. After my momo came, was just about to grab my first bite, the owner comes again to ask me if I could move to another table as he wanted the table for other bigger group. I just hated everything abt this place. Horrible customer service and the sano momo was the worst chicken momo the dough was hard. Horrible business sense, No value for customers and the momo was not as impressive as I saw on...

The restaurant was 4/5. Love the taste and food served but the keema noodles was smelly don't know it was like that or was smelling. As in heart of bouddha stupa the place and space is so small for parking. The place was too crowded too when we were there have to wait for 15-20mins for place to sit but it was worth it. The hype of thulo momo look real after seeing crowds there and service was better too late also due to being crowded but after food arrived we asked for extra soup ,spoon that came late even though they were just running here and there might be of heavy order, mind doesn't have worked better due to pressure But overall i love it and recommend the place once try out here too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst experience ever went here after getting recommend by some so called influencers. I went here with my friend and we ordered one steamed buff momo and one buff c.momo. Waiting for the order was a headache as it took almost 30 mins for them to serve us . The normal steamed momo had 'ghee' in it . Dude wtf there's a place nextdoor called 'gheu momo'. Wouldn't I have gone there if i wanted to eat momo with ghee??? And the C.momo we ordered tasted sweet!!! We all know that 'C' in c.momo stands for "CHILLI". It was supposed to be sweet and spicy but it was only sweet. Not to mention the products are overpriced af not worth the money. Also the water tasted like someone washed garlic in it.

I recently visited Thulo Momo and tried the Thulo Buff Momo, Thulo Chicken Jhol Momo, and Sukuti Sandheko. The service was prompt and the staff were warm and welcoming. Regarding the food, while these weren't the best momos I've had, they were still worth trying. The Jhol for the Chicken Jhol Momos had a different taste but was good. The Buff Momos were enjoyable. As for the Buff Sukuti, the taste was nice, but I felt the portion size was small for the price. The tables are set close together, so it can get noisy when crowded. However, the location is convenient, being on the main road with nearby paid parking options. Overall, I'd recommend giving Thulo Momo a try.
