HONG SI HOTEL — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

We stayed at Hong Si Hotel with family in November 2024 and had an amazing experience.

✔ Rooms: Clean, spacious, and well-maintained with cozy blankets and hot water. ✔ Location: Less than 1 km from Thamel Market, with easy access to temples, restaurants, and local attractions. ✔ Family-Friendly: Quiet and child-friendly, making it ideal for a family stay. ✔ Food & Drinks: Free breakfast included toast and milk tea (which was excellent). The parathas were also delicious! A bit more variety in the free breakfast would be a great addition. ✔ Walkability & Parking: Easily walkable area with on-site car parking. ✔ Safety & Service: We felt completely safe, and the staff was super courteous and supportive.

Overall, a great value-for-money stay with excellent service and a prime location. Highly recommended for families...

This hotel was formerly known as Salwood Heritage, but it is now the Hong Si Hotel. It used to offer excellent service and incredibly delicious food, but unfortunately, both the service and food quality have significantly declined.
