Bajeko sekuwa Sorakhutte — Restaurant in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

One of the worst place to eat out. I wise I could give 0 star. Yesterday, I went for a dinner and ordered sekuwa, nan and chicken tikka masala. First, they took forever to get the order and second they got the incorrect order. I ordered got chicken tikka instead of chicken tikka masala. They realised the mistake and went back quickly only to bring back the Luke warm (not even properly cooked masala) with the same chicken tikkas. It test like they just dipped the chicken tikka in the masala which wasn’t heated/cooked properly ( generally the masala are already cooked and in the freeze). The food was just warm (not hot) and tastes worst. I told the waiter and he realised the mistake again, it looks like they just wanted to complete the order.

Now it’s 5 am in the morning and it has given me a worst indigestion that one could imagine. FU for the poor service and the Fu$ked up food. The people at the counter were...

Food was good but they forgot the season vegetables so I had to claim for it, they gathered as 4 to look puzzled then they brought 3 slices of raw carots and cucumber on a plate which we had to share although those were supposed to come in 2 different plates so I had to ask again and one of the waiter got obviously irritated because of that... I don't like be difficult and picky but when you want to increase prices significantly and impose a certain standard that would justify it, 5400 RP when one can eat just as well in some modest local friendly restaurants, you have to make the effort and behave like a professional. By the way, the main waiter who took care of us was nice (even if he vanished when i was looking for him) but still a matter...

I’d like to share my recent experience with the items I ordered, which unfortunately did not meet expectations: • Khasi ko Soup: The taste was significantly below average. It lacked depth and flavor, which was disappointing given the expectations from a traditional soup. • Roti: It appeared to be made from leftover dough. The texture was off, and it had a slightly tangy taste, suggesting it may not have been freshly prepared. • Badel ko Sekuwa: The taste itself was excellent — well-marinated and cooked perfectly. However, the presentation was misleading. The menu showed it garnished and other elements, but what I received lacked any garnish. This inconsistency can easily create confusion and unmet expectations...
